JUST IN!!! Presidency Reacts As IPOB Declares Buhari Missing In Japan

The Presidency has debunked the alleged report by the Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB, that President Muhammadu Buhari is missing in Japan, Igbere TV reports.


Igbere TV reports that the Presidency said the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has “nothing to do with President Muhammadu Buhari since he arrived Yokohama, Japan, on Monday.”

Igbere TV reported that Buhari departed Nigeria yesterday for Japan to participate in the Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7) holding in the City of Yokohama, August 28-30, 2019.

However, IPOB alleged that the President was not in Japan, stressing that photographs of Buhari were photoshopped.

Responding to the allegation, Buhari’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, urged Nigerians to disregard the claims by IPOB.

In a statement made available to Igbere TV, Adesina said: “Nigerians at home and in the Diaspora are urged to disregard concocted stories, backed with spurious visuals, of any protest or harassment of the President and his team. It is the stock-in-trade of hate mongers, who do not realize that the rest of Nigerians have left them far behind.

“President Buhari will make his presence at the Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7) count for Nigeria, and no scare-mongering or sabre-rattling will detract from the outing."

I don't have to date a soldier girl to validate my honor. I am a gentleman and we're not discussing me remember. But whether you believe it or not most men don't favor soldier girls for many reasons. Men like to be in charge and dominate our girls and seeing a soldier girl on uniform remind you of who she is ( a war machine) no matter how cute she looks, she's very lethal coming from that background and should be treated with caution. I am not a lion and I don't have a single violent bone in my body. As for dating group you have to man it by installing a capable admin to ensure it's not hijacked by the wolves. U seem to be right but there's something more to do. Let me briefly state that I almost dated a soldier girl some years back. She was cool and into me but I couldn't further or rather commit in the relationship for many reasons. Firstly, I had my main babe that started life with me and I was scared of what this soldier could do to her and even me if she catches us. Secondly, there's this social stigma about soldier girls so bad that even when you want to present her to your family members, questions would be raised like wtf, can't you find another girl except soldier girl, etc. Thirdly men always are men, that means we may have to sample other pussiers from time to time and her being a security officer will never let you have your ways. In every relationship, there must be a fight once in a while even among brethren, when such fights break out will she intimidate u or just bow her head in submission to your will as her Lord and husband? Fourthly, barracks is not where many decent cool corporate guys like hanging out, like military zones keep off sign etc. So they should be doing the visitations. And this brings about my suggestion to you. Since most nice guys don't feel comfortable in barracks why don't you bring the girls out. Eg create Facebook groups of pretty single soldier girls ready and available for dating. You could also create such groups in to go, instagram, whatsapp groups etc and publish such groups interested people could go, find your match, do dms, hook up in town like normal people ( not in barrack) and start a life if they so desire. So do that and advertise such groups so men could pick there choice without fear or favor. Thanks.

A suspected kidnapper has been apprehended after she reportedly tried to steal a baby from a house.

A woman was caught and given the beating of her life by an angry mob after she allegedly stole a baby in Imo state.

Information gathered revealed that the woman allegedly kidnapped a two-month old baby whom the mother finished breastfeeding on Monday, November 19th, at Mammy market in Obinze, Owerri West area of the state.

An eyewitness, Tosin Rosy, who shared the photos on her social media page said that the kidnapper abducted the baby while the mother was about to dress the baby’s bed.

She carried the baby and was about walking away when she was noticed and apprehended. The mother’s loud scream attracted her neighbours who intervened and descended on the suspected kidnapper.

How many times have the government flagged off the construction of the famous Easg-West road?

Like I stated earlier, you can't accuse one of embezzlement without establishing how much he was given and how much he embezzled.

Its even ridiculous that the person being accused is neither the project contractor nor the then minister for works.

But since he is soliciting for votes, it would be wise for him to set the record straight if he's falsely accused. because as the chairman of Senate committee on works, he ought to know what happened to the project in his constituency. We need facts not assumptions. It's not today senators started embezzling there constituency projects. So until he sets the record straight with facts, someone's lying. And stop defending them politicians unless you partook in the loot. What goes around comes around.

I read with awe a malicious, spurious and diversionary write up on the Facebook wall of one Ene Victor Chukwudi that the distinguished senator, Senator Ayogu Eze embezzled both FERMA(federal road maintenance agency) funds and the one budgeted by the then ministry of works for the construction of a federal road project.
The said article or rather fabrication, was concocted by one Mr Jackson Ude.

A quick survey showed that the same Mr Jackson Ude was behind a blog named Pointblanknews.com that carried similar malicious fabrication against the person of the then coordinating minister, Mrs Okonjo Iweala.
It's on record that the minister never hesitated dragging the blogger to court where the court awarded the sum of #20m against the blogger for fabricating libellous information meant to tarnish the image of the minister.

After reading the disjointed article typical of one written under duress, I advised Mr Ene to pull it down. Sadly, few hours after the chat, the police acting on a petition by an aide to the Anambra state governor, arrested Mr Ene for character assassination.

On the allegation proper, the honorable senator was accused of embezzling funds allocated to FERMA for road maintenance nationwide. With all sincerity, any discerning mind should be able to deduce the inscription on the wall and see the allegation to be a mere political gimmick and nothing but a figment of the initiator's
imagination. Getting the record straight, senator Ayogu was never a managing director of the federal road maintenance agency.
How these people that have decided to carve a niche in mischief making came to the conclusion that the Senator embezzled funds allocated to a different agency could be expatiated by them.

Again, they accused the honorable gentleman of embezzling funds meant for the construction of the Ogrute-Umuida-Odoru federal road.
It's regrettably sardonic that a leader who fought tirelessly for the betterment of his people is being accused wrongly in the name of partisan politics.

The said project that the mischief makers are using as a tool to tarnish the good image of the Senator was attracted by him.
This is sacrilegious and an ugly trend unprecedented in Igbo land.
In Igbo land, we do not repay a good deed with evil acts.

It seems that what actually got the senator's traducers 'aroused' was the fact that he headed the senate committee on works, which they are now using as a gambit to launch vituperations on his person.
For avoidance of doubt, the senate committee on works is one of the 57 Senate committees solely saddled with an OVERSIGHT FUNCTION.

The office of the committee chairmen are not funded to execute projects.
The said road project was attracted by the honorable senator, captured and appropriated under the ministry of works, awarded to a contractor named PW Nigeria limited and funded by the ministry of finance.
Why is the growing popularity and acceptance of Ayogu Eze by many well meaning people of the state unsettling the camp of the incumbent government that they are hellbent on roping him into the abandoning of a federal road project?

Have they established from the ministry of works how much was appropriated for the project and how much was released by ministry of finance to ascertain if the project was adequately funded?

Is the state government implying that, in any abandoned project, funds have been embezzled?
Can we now rightly posit that with the avalanche of the state government abandoned projects, that the funds meant their for completion has been embezzled?

Opposition is and will never be madness. Ayogu Eze is unperturbed; neither will he be distracted in his quest to cleanse the state and restore it to the part of glory.
The gimmicks of praise singers, whose lips have been paid for to disseminate falsehood will never deter us from telling the people the truth in our faintest voice.
ENUGU SHALL BE GREAT AGAIN!!

As far as I'm concerned you have not said anything other than trying so hard to make the crook clean. If you are telling us he didn't compromise, take bribe or kick back from the contractor like Gandollar, then you can atleast tell us exactly what happened to that project. because like you rightly stated that he was the chairman Senate committee on works whose job was to have an oversight of the project, then as an overseer, let him step forward and set the record straight. Let us stop this habit of senseless defense of useless politicians who have failed themselves and their constituencies just for peanuts.
