CHIJIOKE1314:So because there are more southern names than northern names the govt should let them go? And do you expect it to be 50/50. Your common wealth was stolen by some people and just a few of them have been caught but rather than be glad you are upset because of the regions those caught came from. Pathetic case of Stockholm Syndrome! |
peckhamboi:When will you learn look at things as they are.......and based on merit. This your ethnic thinking won't do you any good. |
Ogagaroghene:Dumb! remarks of an ignorant child. |
Built2last:Lolz....you obviously don't know how real men do governance. Tell me one country in the world who will go into this kind of negotiation. Let government ignore them when they are done bombing govt should sweep and wipe out every living thing in that Creek and region. People must thought lesson. This is not Jona dumb |
DLondonboiy:You don't know who to believe? Just go back and check their sources and you will know who is a liar |
fistonati:You conclusion was reached after 1 year of being in office. It's that the way intelligent people make sound comparative analysis? You compare 8 years of one variable to another of 1_year and you draw conclusion.... Naija graduate. |
Splashme:You deserve an insult but I won't rather I will advice you. It pays to read and understand. |
incomintop:Ignorant slowpoke |
xdos:That's a fair price..... even traders currently spend over 1 million for a 7 day trip leaving in some downtown hotel. Dollar don cost |
cktheluckyman:Pls help me what did Lai do wrong here? |
caleb404:So it is wrong for him to request money for an official trip for 5 members from the ministry he heads...... Let's not be in haste to criticise and end up looking stupid |
TijaniAbu:This one get comprehension problem or just simply full of hate for the govt of the day. |
Saraki is represented by 90 lawyers and amongst the lot they agreed Kanu Agabi as lead counsel. I believe the other lawyers should pass on their submissions to the lead counsel then he can in turn cross examine the witness. If this process is continued like this you may have a situation where all 90 will take turn in cross examination of each witness, then the case will go on forever. And we all know who before now have applied for stay of proceeding', we all know who does not want the case accelerated .Thats why it's amusing to see same people claiming another is wasting court's time |
BeeBeeOoh:You Google Al Mustafa and you will get all the answers you need. Since you dey claim ignorance of who he is |
egoldman:Did the law say a man with unproven allegation can't be in government position ?.That's the problem with some of you , u follow the emotions and not the fact or law. |
egoldman:Dasuki was released and re-arrested right in front of the court on different count. My brother that is the only way to deal with our rich corrupt govt officials. Charge them with 3 counts out of a possible 20 count and once they wriggle out of it bring 3 new count from the 20 and let them start afresh. Bottom line tire them out, let them spend money, let them be kept in prison until bail conditions are met and once they meet it, start the process again. Defeat them psychologically It's the only way to bring Justice to the rich and famous.... And it's perfectly within the law. |
gogochocolate:Let him fight the war once and for all. After the war we would have peace of minimum 30 years like before anyone can start useless militancy if at all their condition remain thesame. Ask the South East people and you will agree. Enough of the yearly threat and blackmail of Sovereign govt. |
odikimi:That 5% referred to votes he got from the region. Even yours truly is part of that 5% but how does that make me a conquered person........ The atrocities of the Niger Deltan militants have been condoned long enough, one of us still became the President and did little or nothing for the region other than enriching the touts and miscreants of the region. If you know what's good for you relocate temporarily cos the sh..t just about to get mean and rightly so. |
bejeiodus:And to you the truth is for the party through the Presidency to get Saraki off the hook.....so you can scream to high heavens that it is only PDP people who are being hounded down. Saraki must pay for his sins which is being a serial betrayal from betraying his father to PDP and now APC this one is his last busstop. And if Timi Frank is not happy nobody is stopping him from decamping. |
ijustdey:If I understand this dude very well the party should through the Presidency get Saraki off the hook ( his crime should be ignored) thesame party that Saraki openly disobeyed should now help him get off the hook? If the APC people are marginalizing you because you came from PDP did they still force you to remain with the party ![]() Wetin you wan chop no make u get sense |
ceejay80s:ABU is bigger than Suru Lere bros |
odikimi:Very childish talk, the military did not go to 'War' in Bayelsa during the election .....thats why you think any idiot in this country can defeat the military. If Tompolo claim he is being witch hunted for not supporting a candidate he should go to court with evidence and put that up as defense against his 13bn land selling deal. Which serious government in the world negotiate with economic saboteurs!!!? |
stanech:Let them go ahead and destroy the pipelines in their backyard. When the military arrive their young men 18 and above will pay for it with their lives. We have been dialoguing with these nincompoop for years, they first gave them NDDC to address their developmental issues ,then created a Min of Niger Delta, the only Ministry in Nigeria whose job function is not national but to a region, and later they started giving them money directly and sending them to school and training under the Ammnesty program..... Yet they still blow pipelines enough of the discussions and negotiation the FG should declare a total war on the Militants even if it will bring Nigeria's economy to her knees ( which won't even happen) and let it last for as long as possible ( the Militants can't sustain a war beyond 6 months) but enough is enough let the government end this once and for all |
kcnwaigbo:But you know very well that the Nigerian Army has no real experience in guerilla warfare and that's the fear. They will go on a killing spree and annihilate communities .The militancy will reduce or stop due to heavy damage that will be done in that area.....no major place to hide and launch guerilla attack except hinterland. Expect to see uprise in criminal activities in the cities outside the creeks....shouts of human right violation....international court of Justice case, Nigeria will lose the case and use oil money to pay communities compensation and militancy will go a long break. |
Bassee:I read your post and did a quick check on the fact ( I love to deal with facts) .Anyway 2015 budget had 39bn+ for Agriculture... that's about 51% of the 2016 allocation. But then I need to quickly add that it is not about amount involved rather the commitment, honesty and transparency of those to handle it. |
After reading loads of comments here, it's really obvious that average Nigerian youth is not as sound intellectually as he ought to be. Imagine someone complain about cost of tomatoes in market and blame the govt.Yet it was widely reported that this country now does over 3 million metric tonnes of tomato paste per day in Lagos and Kano combined. Common economics of increase in demand. |
Bassee:I think you need to be a gentleman and apologise to the dude you quoted. That figure you quoted for Agriculture (29bn) was just the recurrent expenditure for the ministry. The budget allocation for each ministry is in 3 parts namely Recurrent Expenditure Capital Overhead Capital Expenditure. To set the record straight Agriculture got 76bn+ in total whilst Information and Tourism ( your masquerade ministry) got 45bn+ total.A huge difference of 31bn+ That difference is about 175% of what Works got in the 2015 budget |
Apparently, some people dont know that Kanu will not see freedom before 2019..... either detention or jail. But the dumb jobman will be behind bars... If u doubt me bet me N1M |
Imagine 4.6 Billion for spiritual purposes seriously may thunder and sorrow never depart from the house and generation of everyone that has knowingly been involved in looting of our common wealth and may cries and wailing be the everyday food in the house of supporters of such thieves. |
pikapizy:It's obvious there's no changing you, a lost cause, no wonder you take the words of an established sycophant hook, line and sinker. Or perhaps that's just who you are. You curse those that are not in tandem with your reasoning and ideology. I wont go your way cause I certainly don't roll that way. Do have a good life, and may God prevent you from meeting with half of the terrible things you wish others. Bye bro! |
pikapizy:Youngman you need to learn the fine act of discussion , how to make your case rationally and intelligently, resorting to insults and curses does not speak well of your finesse or intelligence!. |
FreeGlobe:I have heard a lot about 105 soldiers dying , some have said it's a lie some have said it's for real. My opinion: I personally dont have a problem with 105 soldiers dying in the course of war on terrorism not at all, I would rather soldiers fight and die in battle than runaway from battles like case of General Kuti whose men and himself fled when the Boko boys came visiting. I would rather soldiers die fighting terrorism than shoot at their commanding officers as was reported in the case of soldiers going on mutiny as reported last year. I would rather soldiers die fighting terrorism than not responding to call of innocent citizens like was reported in the case of the 52 boys slaughtered in Bunu Yadi while in their hostel. I would rather 105 soldiers and more die fighting terrorism than Boko kidnapping our Chibok girls. And ofcourse I would rather the Chief of Army , General Buratai tells us the state of things, but then he has but dumb head sycophants like FFK says he's lying! |
