He was an elderly man, but he was hale and hearty. He fell while he was climbing the stairs to go to bed at night and hit his head.

About a miracle. Hmmmm! I believe there is nothing God cannot do, but the primary way life happens is: "after life, judgement". I am using the Bible here as my basis for what I am writing.

Miracles are initiated by God and not human. You cannot initiate it. If God had planned to use someone's coming back to life for a purpose, then, someone somewhere must have been hinted about it. And that person is who God will likely use to pray. If you check the scenarios in the Bible where people came back to life, God initiated them Himself for something significant (for His glory).

This is why we must prevent untimely death. It is appointment for men to die once, and after is judgement.

So, if God had not spoken to you about his coming back to life, brother, the beginning to transitioning to another realm has started for your dad. There is nothing you can do about it. And if someone somewhere claims God had shown him he would come back to life, please, the faith to hold on to will not come from you. My point is that it is unhealthy for you to think about his resurrection when you dont have a direct word of God from God himself. Whoever says so should be the one to use his/her faith to do it. If I was in your shoe and anyone claimed someone I knew would come back to life, I would just give such the access to pray and I would stay out of it. For me to start praying and fasting for such...never! Didn't you read about David when his son Bathsheba had for him died? Before his death, David was praying hard and fasting. But as soon as he was told the boy was dead, he got up, took his bath, and leveled a mountain of heavy nutritious dish.

So, you should start getting yourself together and buckle-up to bring together your siblings.

Some very few denominations do not believe in rapture. I have checked well, and the rapture is a valid event which will happen.
