From this, the truth is that both of them are dying inside to work it out. They want to return. Its clear they are seeing their values. Paul the composer, and Peter the executor. Jude shouldn't be in the show at all. He isnt needed at all. As in, that role he is playing is Peter's.

To me....the person who can settle this issue is Paul. He is the one who needs to accept that Jude must go and Peter is his guy. Peter is ready to accept Jude back the way I seeing the guy. To me, he doesnt care about Jude. Its Paul he wants back...and he is beeding inside not having him. And Paul too is bleeding inside. He wants Peter to accept Jude the way he is taking him...while it is clear that Peter will NEVER accept Jude back.

If Jude is a good brother and he has a head that he is using, he suppose to have called Paul that he needs to go. But he dey stay in between two bonded blooded brothers. Jude may not even know. He needs to leave. Even Paul is crying to have him, he must tell Paul that he is going. He must leave Paul. Leaving Paul is the best Jude should do.

What I think will happen after Judes leave. Paul will eventually realise the empty vacuum Peter has caused him. And he will return to his blood. And Peter will definitely accept him back.

So, anyone who knows this family must fix it. Tell Jude to leave Paul. This is the way forward. And if Jude refuses to do so, he is the gold digger and the devil in the family. But if he chooses to, he will become the sent one to the family. And Peter will one day bow to thank him for his sacrifice. It is Peter and Paul. This is the way God made it. A Jude there is a blemish. Tell him to leave.

Modified: For me, I believe students are ambassadors of an institution. If a school outlaws an event both within and outside the university, and you are not comfortable with it as a student, you should withdraw and go to another university to study. You cannot dictate which law a school should apply or not because you were given a handbook before you accepted the offer of admission.

That the students did not organise the events on campus is irrelevant. The law only becomes invalid if you weren't admitted to the school. It is like travelling to Pakistan to commit a crime and saying that the Pakistani laws cannot punish you because you are a Nigerian and not a Pakistani.

The law is always not seen the way you have said it. The law is meant to balance issues, and human beings are so dynamic, so the law must be flexible too. The con is that it can be manipulated.

When I don't have the full details, I dont judge or make comments. This is just the view of the university, and that of all other stakeholders have not been heard. Lets assume the rule is the one made by the university, snd the law is what the court will upload. So, theblaw is what others will reference to when similar case comes up, and that is what to be enforced or amended. Everytime lawyers go to courts, this is their mission. The law is what they use to win. Can it be overuled? Can it be enforced? Can it be amended? Can it be be whatever?

First, is the rule passed by the univeristy the law? Is the rule reasonable and not biased? What is the law is what will be recognised by the court? And right now, we dont know. And even there are cases, the court can overule or ammend old laws because of the new situation. These are the issues lawyers argue in courts.

I can use the law to tell the university that it is not within their right to tell students who are adults how to celebrate. That the rule they passed infringed on the right of the students. Does it? Then, the law (similar cases or situations) has to be checked.

Where is the venue? Perhaps outside the jurisdiction of the university. The law can be used to tell the university that since it was not held where they have jurisdiction, screw them...and they must pay fine for labeling the students as disobedient ones even to tarnishing their images by publishing their names.

And so on....

While I understand the univerisity's intention might be to curb killing of cultists we have experienced in the past which is a good one, another set of administration may use the same rule meant to do good to victimise the students. Thats how rules and regulations are. Human beings are so dynamic and creative that if we want to use something to do good, we can. And that same thing, we can use it to execute the worst evil one can imagine.

So, let the law take its cause. Dont judge yet.

This $20k bond seems to be a good tool the way I am seeing it, and based on what I am reading so far. Hmmmm. Interesting.

Looks like it will discourage or encourage the following groups:

1. Those who know how to invest well in Naija. I saw one guy up there analysed the value he is getting if he puts that in the Nigerian bond. By the way, Naija's Tbills, bond, and other FG financial instruments, event the naija stock are one of the best performing in the world. Even our banking system is one of the best. We just need to be able to remove corruption, and we will be the best nation in the world. And Naija will get there. Its why I am still around too....when I realised this...I tanga here to set up very well before knowing what next to do. Lol.

2. Those who want to japa anyhow and hustle in the US, but don't have the money are discouraged too. These people are the ones that used student visas and never went to school. Lol. These ones got tourist visas, and never returned. So, it is definitely discouraging many of them. Lol. They are the same group that are cursing the UK daily. They want to always find loopholes to feast on. Lol.

3. Those who have reasons to go there because they want something there. Can be good education, access to innovative opportunities, good networking, etc. I think people in this group will rather wait and see what's up. Someone said Trump will find a way to not release the money even after they follow all the rules, and will find a way to say they are disqualified for the refund. I doubt it, but its wise to look before you leap. At least, with $20k you have a good chance of getting it. So, you start weighing the options. What I stand to benefit, is it worth more than the interest in Nigerian investments? Hmmmm! Is it worth even more than losing the whole $20k? Sure some people will fall into the group of just losing the cash because the gem they have found or will find may worth billions of naira.

So, it really depends on you. What exactly are you planning to go do in the US? Just the same way sophisticated Nigerians prefer to stay in Switzerland, which is one of the most expensive places to live on earth. And they are doing excellently well.
