Politics & profitable businesses are areas churches should not go into. I mean Nigeria is not serious. If its purely educational or non profit arrangement, it is welcome all over the world. But setting up a profitable business and using the church to promote it is a capital NO. He shouldn't be using other religious leaders to promote a profitable business. Our business ethnics and principles are extremely low. Can he try this in the UK or in the US? Many of them are cut up in different financial mess abroad. This man has lost significant amount abroad trying to do his church business like he does here, Ashimolowo too was burnt serious. Sunday Adelaja is another one. Even, Dr Olukoya too ran into troubles abroad.

Govt needs to send this man a strong warning to separate profitable businesses from his church activities. He can claim he has registered a company for it, yes, thats OK. But never use the Christ embassy brand to promote the business...and dont do any meeting or discussion about it with the brand of the church. Separate them and let them be distinctly clear. Let your private business run on its own. Dont ever try to use the church to run any campaign for it. This is tje right way.

Later when other religions start registering private researches and profitable business and using their religious activities to promote them, even to the extent of doing terrorism underground, they wont say they were the ones who paved the way for them.

I don't get it. How do you have strong headed and very corrupt Nigerians as your members and still have time to do businesses like this? I doubt you are really into winning souls. Your goal is not soul winning but profit making. You cant be a pastor of a Nigerian church and God shows you what he is about to do, and not run into 90 days mercy pleading for the nation. But they are always bringing out businesses here and there...dressing so elegantly and flying private jets around.

You are correct ma. It is in fresh too because it is in the soil. Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus are the wahala that store aflotaxin in our harvests. And my guess is that they were bio weapons imported by our farmers. When our professors refuse to give us high yield seeds, we turn to China, Malaysia and other Asian nations na. Lol. Just find your way to IITA and buy Alfasafe. Thats the fungus strain you will use to fight them.

Yes, they live long in the grains and even have resistance to heat because dried corn used to make poultry feed that are infected wont produce healthy birds. They dont grow well...and when you butcher them, you definitely will see cancer in their intestines.

Since commercial feed makers know it is hard to find clean grains, they add mycotin binders to the feed so that they bind themselves with the poisons and come out from their poo. It is why I use activated charcoal too when I eat outside or I know that I have eaten unclean food. At least to help me. I always have it at home now.

Even you enlighten people, they wont stop as long as their is poverty in the land. They will tell you that "na something go kill man". Thats when they are healthy. But when they face painful death, they start regretting that why didn't they listen. Painful death isnt easy. To die of cancer is not a good thing. Too painful.

Doctors might have told ogogo to go pay high amount of money for treatment to reduce pain and die peacefully. I guess its what the daughter has refused to accept. Maybe no amount of money can save him at this stage according to doctors. The treatment is to reduce pain and just sleep one day and not wake up. Your plan will be effective if it’s a collective thing. Because even if you plant few vegetables and tubers, you still need rice, beef, fish, grains etc and you may have to buy them.

Your method is good but very difficult for many people in this modern world.

If you grow your food, it is always cheap. Certifications for labelling, taxes, etc push the price up. Norway imported because its cheaper for them. If they contact an American producer, they will get in abundance. They opted to import because thats what they trusted is good for them. You can find organic food in the US as much as you want because the demand is low because they are expensive. They are honest about it. When they sat this is organic, it is. When they say this is grass fed meat, it is. When they say this is naturally produced, it is. But in naija, you cant get such truthfulness.

And you think with just 30 plots of land I still need more again for my personal consumption? If its for me and my own family, I am OK except I want to use it for business. But right now, I wrote in other posts that I have farmers I give inputs and paid whom I buy from. If I want to make palm oil, I buy fresh kernels and carry them to a friend's extraction factory to process them. I do it once or twice a year. Return with over 1,000 liters of palm oil. And I give to my friends and family. Shikena. Also, I know where to buy original olive oil in Nigeria. And i also grow groundnut and take out the oil myself. Then, eat kulikuli as snacks too.

If God gives you the grace to do collective, good bro. And yes, farming isnt easy for anyone, but no one now is as busy as me. Like I said earlier, I used to be a field person, but I am not anymore. I am into AI and investments fully. But I know that i must eat those things; else, I am working to not live long. What is the goodness in that? Rather than being 100% committed to that which is making you to not also be ready for it, I have another small garden in my house now. Rather than buying half plot or having structures in my compound to make money, I have one 4 bedroom bungalow. And the remaining of the 3 plots, I use for gardening apart from the farm in the outside city. This one is in the main city in a lucrative area. And let me tell you. If I have fund, and I decide to buy an apartment in one of the high rise apartments in Eko Atlantic, I would not move there fully because it wont allow me to garden. Thats the difference between me the the others who are busy also. If I buy over 2 billion naira land in Ikoyi where i want to live
believe me, i will have a garden there. It is a MUST for me now. I wont say that i will convert it to 100 commercial when i dont have a place to farm. But anywhere that is 100% commercial. I wont live there cos i know there is no garden. Me...busy not to garden? No ooo. When I know it is the gateway for me to enjoy the work I am doing now? Otherwise person go just die at 50 to 60, and people who dont know how one suffers will inherit them and use them anyhow? Nope sir. I am going to use them well. I am going to live long. My own hope is that I too will live beyond 2100. I have seen that it is possible.

Let me tell you something...I have a new mindset that 99.9999% of people around are going to die soon while I live beyond. So, I am learning to keep very young people around. And I still know that these young people will die too...and their kids might be the ones I will eventually have to exist together with. So, I dont even argue with anyone again. I love my peace. So, anyone who is busy can be busy. If a job is going to keep me from doing what will me me live long, I dont do it. First, I left salary things. I dont do such. Also, I dont do fast paced contracts. I have arranged passive incomes for myself over the years. So, AI for me now is for my interests and to create new ideas. Not for me to go line up for any salary job with anyone again. NEVER.

If I decide to accept a public office, I will still continue my lifestyle. Gardening is a form of exercise for me. And I have a gym also at home. When I want to travel, I carry my things, and off I go. I pay people to attend to my plants and livestocks when I am not around. Trusted people I picked during my active days. Shoukd I start narrating how people who I thought are good wounded themselves and not me? Its a long journey. I pray for travelling mercies...and these days, I have started limiting travelling. Its not worth the risk.

Maybe one day, or soon. I may start a longetivity escape velocity business, and it should be premium; however, I always dont find peace when I sit to arrange this premium business. My spirit is always directing me to the masses. But I dont know how to do it yet. I dont know how to work with poor people because they are the worst kind of people to work with. My vision is too wide. I went deeply into sustainability too, and I have been working on medical cannabis and hemp for fibers. Of course, not in Nigeria. My eyes are on modern sustainable homes. I have just bought a land that I want to try something different with. I have called my guy who is a structural engineer that I met in this NL too. He is working with me to develop it. I have another guy I met in the ageic section who is a civil engineer.

So, whoever wants to be busy should be. I am not. And if its hard for everyone, then, they should expect their die at 50. Or what else can I say? And they shoukd leave their wealth for people who dont know how they suffered or worked hard for them. Or what else can I say? But if you also know that...this thing is important. And you know that mad characters are the ones around you and not honest, then, you will just have to let go of some of the things keeping you busy to start this lifestyle.

1. You will deny yourself some things to buy a land in a residential area and build a small bungalow there....maybe 50M worth or more. And even it is in a local place, that is affordable for you....you still need to fence it round, fix borehole, etc.

2. Pay someone to assist you and go there regularly or even live there till you stabilise it.

There is a bit of truth that some people want to reduce the world population. If you love watching series or movies, or you love reading, you would have come across such. Look at Kano...the way they are just giving birth. In this same NL, if we talk, they will insult us. Lol. Marriage is the only thing we know how to do yanga with. Single people are mocked. Lol. We were just around 3 million to 5 million in Lagos in the 70s. Now we are over 30M. Kano has exploded too. The whole of Nigeria is over 300M in my opinion. My point is that organic cannot feed us all. Organic is like natural farming. Scientists justify their method with this reason. And i can't say they are wrong.

So, scientists started making hybrid to give us high yield crops various diseases resistance genes. And then instead of using manure, we use fertilizer. Oga, go tell Dangote to stop fertilizer na...what do you think you will get sir? Lol. This should explain this clearly. I dont want to say more cos if I go deeper, their lions are around to start attacking us with fake research papers. They will start throwing them up and down.

I always tell them that...na so they killed many people in those days telling them that tobacco smoking is power, elegant, modern, flashy, etc. Anyone who talked, you silenced. But later, we heard that smoking is dangerous to your health. Lol. And finally, smokers are liable to die young. After millions have been killed. Not just kiloing them, but they gave them painful death. Yes na. That same tobacco, they promoted it like it is the substance that God uses to make you special in those days. Lol.

Because they dont teach organic farming anymore, our farmers have lost the skills. Most organic farmers have died. The ones that are growing food now are chemicals experts. Lol. They can spray chemicals on anything. Forget it oooo. They enjoy it. They were born into it. If they dont spray, they wont be fine ....they will be unrest that their crops will not survive. And thats loss...who want to lose his investment?

It is the same abroad too. But some people took it upon themselves to return to mother nature there. And they are rewarded well for their hard work. They formed associations whereby they label their harvests organic. When you see such products, they are like 5 times more expensive. Why? The pain to grow them in the midst of chemicals in this present world is high. So, if you value your life, pay these people well and let them give you more. But for Naija...who go pay? Never! They will insult you sef. Wetin you dey sell? Lol. They will even take you to social media and drag you. Lol.

But when you love yourself and you want to live long, you find a way to get clean organic food. You produce yourself or you find a God fearing honest farmer who wont deceive you.

I cant produce and take it to market. Who will pay me for the extra effort? No one. So, i prepare for myself alone. And anyone cannot come to me to say...give me too na. Only my family and close friends. The only good I can do is to inform you all...if they like, let them insult me. I have done what my God sent me to do. Anyone who wants to live long also should go get a plot of land and start. If the person cannot start cos of finance, let such pray for mercy.

When I was sick so bad that doctors were just playing with me and using me to do "pin pim pon", no one taught me to buy 30 plots of land. I started gradually...even my siblings were mocking me...lol. Today, they are praising me for the foresight and that I am their savior. I have another garden abroad. When I went to the UK, my other siblings and cousins there asked me to assist set up 3 acres farm for them. And I did it also. Do you know the cost of buying land in the UK? But at the end of the day, they said producing their food is cheaper for them now, though, it was so expensive when they started, and it was like they were not reasonable. What prompted them was the take of some fruits they ate in my garden here. Three of them reside near London. They put money together, and I supervised the set up. See...in the US and UK, when you pay farmers to work on your farm, they do nice and honest work. For Naija here...May God give you the strength to tackle them. Lol. Or juat do it yourself. Not saying you carry hoe's yourself or you drive tractors yourself. Supervise them very well, and pay them well.


No matter how poor or whatever, if one sets his or her in something, one can do it. This is my believe. Some will give security excuses...I did not tell anyone go inside the bush...I said at home. When OBJ created "Operation Feed the Nation" - Grow food at your backyard...we that are in the city feel we are wiser. Right? We need more money na. We removed all gardens and erected buildings to get more rent. OK na. No more trees, no space again. We grew so lazy to cut grasses at home is wahala, and we floor everywhere with concrete these days. Continue na. Make we continue oooo. Floor everywhere. Put artificial flowers na. It is fine. The result is what we are facing now.

I noticed something.....people get strange diseases especially those associated with organ failures when they start making money.

Sir, rich guys among us even they go abroad dont go to organic stores to pick food. They mostly patronise big brands, and they don't go to the organic shelves in those big brands also. If they see 1 kg of tomato $3, they will just buy. They will neglect the same 1kg, the same variety but organic which is $8.

Look at these young boys. As soon as they start making money, thats when they start ordering pizza, burger, barbecue, etc. Lol. Se you get me. Yahoo boys kill themselves fast eating and drinking junks. Next are forex boys. As legitimate forex and trading (tbill, bonds, stocks, etc) money is, that how they get killed fast. Even those who dont drink. Yes, they have the money to treat themselves, but when they increase consuming exponentially the substances causing these wahala, let them go to the best doctors, they will still die young. This is why our politicians die too. But check Buhari and Tinubu well. They would likely have standby nutritionist handling them. Buhari tried sha. But I pray for Tinubu to quit smoking.

But that poor person... yes, there are still risks for the person, but that one that feels God has forsaken him cos it is only garri without milk or sugar he drinks...is the best. That sugar and powder milk are wahala. Some will come and argue here. I don't even argue with them.

Right now, my snack is mostly soaking garri in water with good groundnut or cashew nut, and without sugar and milk. If I can get fresh organic goat milk, it is a goal....I can add dates or honey. My best snacks. I dont eat biscuits, cookies, etc. Except home made. My chocolates are from farms. I buy cocoa from farms...test them to make sure that the pesticide reside are OK. Then process into powder which I use to make my chocolate.... I use only dates and honey. Nothing else. OK. Maybe xylitol gums for white teeth.

But in terms of catching a deadly disease at the earlier stage, the rich are still at an advantage. But after catching it, what I see is just prolong of life for a little time without sustaining it. This is the case of Ogogo. He caught it, beat it, but he didn't kill it finally most likely because of what he is consuming. Too sad sir.

Many things are involved.

1. Power: Modern silos for grains and cold rooms for fresh food are suffering because there is no enough power. Warehouse owners went to chemical experts to bail them out. Since govt has not solve power, they will not stop it because it they do, wahala will burst in the whole nation. Farmers too are greedy, they want short cut to make massive profits. Do I blame them? Nope. When the agbero in market posing as an agent for govt takes huge cut from them. They too must make sure that their harvests are protected anyhow. So, they spray tonight and harvest next morning ...straight to market. The chemicals will preserve the harvest if they dont sell it all that day. Na so ma. And many other reasons.

This is the reason I keep saying that Tinubu, Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso are not the right leaders we need. They have dont have the solution to generating and distributing enough power for 250 million plus people.

2. Greediness & Corruption: We dont do research again. Our professors are mostly useless. If we talk, they will come out and defend their mates. Same with many other professions. Our professors want free 'awof' fund from govt. Give us this...give us that. The little they have been given, they cannot produce any reasonable thing. However, there are still god ones around. But if you find a good young researcher, before you know what's happening, japa has happened. My point is that if we can produce seeds, we will not import seeds. Farmers import seeds which are bio weapons, and our soil have been polluted with many diseases. Example is the aflotaxin poison that has killed our corn and groundnut.

And many other issue. Too many.

Lagos- Calabar and Lagos-Sokoto highways: So, if you check my posts, I keep saying despite I know Tinubu isn't the right person, he should be allowed another 4 years to complete the highways. But others are tackling him we have existing roads. Lol. Lets be practical, Lekki is less tensed now with the high way. Thats a city generating massive income for Nigeria. Thats the city that generates massive VAT for many states to share. Then, for Donald Duke to come out and say that there are existing roads that he knows arent enough for the population we have now is mischievous. He even said that it may not reach Epe before the road stops .....this is too shameful cos the road construction has gone far beyond Epe. And some people think he is a good person. A road that will open even his city more, he slammed it because he wants to be our president. Yes, I know they are looting seriously, but let him just finish it. It will help logistics which will help food distribution. Its a plus for us. I dont subscribe to Atiku and Obi getting there and stopping the road. They have said it is wasteful and thats what they would most likely do. That alone is a reason I dont want them them...and not because I think Tinubu is a good president.

The issues are so deep, but hopefully we will overcome.

Personally, I used to be a field person on farms. But I have left that area. Its good I have the experience so I can tell people what the issues are, and the way forward. Right now, I am into artificial intelligence and hoping to start working with other knowledgeable people to deploy innovative solutions to help Naija. But for now, every opportunity I have, I educate people. Get a plot, install a borehole or dig a well, and produce meat, eggs, and vegetables. It is the way to longetivity.

Three days ago my aged father asked me to assist him with fresh maize. I was tempted to visit a seller near his house when I visited him. I had to abort the plan. Mehn... I saw it clearly in all the cobs. I had to make calls to get fresh corn for him. It is a big issue.

If one of the top oncologists in Nigeria says it is stage 4, trust me...it is very likely... and for this lady to come out for an alternative help for her dad, it means that most likely hospice care has been recommended with a deadline. But there is nothing mercy, grace, & favor cannot achieve.

I remember vividly that he was so sick some years back and he lost so much weight before he bounced back. My guess what that he beat something serious and may likely be cancer, and most likely, the thing came back active.

The truth is that cancer cells dont die like that, and this is the mistake the world is still making. Maybe not a mistake but sacrifices the world must pay first. Why did I say so? This present world will never go into organic and natural food production at this time. Chemical food will not stop. So, add one plus one, you shoukd get two if you are wise. I wont say more. They will continue until commercial production of food is safe. But now that they know it is not safe, they wont stop cos they have to make profit. Just that they are also spending heavily to find a way of making good food, patent it, and keep making money. But for them to say, lets go back to the traditional way where anyone can make his seeds and grow without buying chemicals......dey play.

To prevent cancer, dementia, diabetes, high blood pressure, and many other sicknesses, you must go organic at least 70% and use some other methods to keep flushing out toxins from the other 30%. To me, over 95% is the best, so you dont need to flush anything...your body does it for you effortlessly at 95 to 100. And i believe to recover from cancer and to not make it come back after doctors say you are free,at least 95% is non negotiable for at least 5 years. But when you have already done something for 5 years straight, its already part of you.

Note that these things arent killing us before chemical industrialization. I am not here to argue with anyone. If you like, attack me. I always tell such person..."na your die...not mine".

In Naija, there is nothing like organic food ooo. You cannot even go to grocery stores and find a section for organic food. Lol. Rather, the market is filled with bad products. Food with extremely pesticide residues used by farmers and warehouse owners. Just forget it...all grains in Nigeria are messed up. If you doubt me, google Nigerian bean/cowpea and see that it has been banned in EU for over 15 years now. Our yams cannot enter the US too. This issue is why we are losing forex seriously. Farmers use dangerous pesticides, but those warehouse owners use more deadlier chemicals. Then, fresh food traders too....those ones are experts in buying unripe fruits and then using chemicals to ripen them in batches. If they buy naturally riped fruits and veggies, they dont have power (electricity) to keep them fresh na. So, thats their secret. Lol. And fresh meat/fish sellers. Just know that you are likely consuming the same chemical used for preserving dead body in the morgue. If you know, you know.

Now, tell me why people wont die young? Many die and they weren't diagnosed cos they dont have money for good medicare. But you are hearing about famous people because they still went for proper check up. But most times, it is non stop of rating these bad food that wont allow them recover. Life expectancy is 53 years. Ogogo has passed it na...so, kudos to him. When they tell you that Nigeria has young population more than the old and we are close to or even over 300 million, tou dont get it. It means people die like chickens in Nigeria. Lol. If things continue like this, it means that over 90% of everyone below 30 years will die before 60 years. This is exactly what this means. So, what are we saying? If Nigerians arent dying like fowls and with the rate the north is producing kids, we should be over 600 million now. But people die like fowls in Naija. Even the rich. Take for instance how Isiaka Adeleke died. Pram! Look at the way Mohbad passed too. "Some nurses shook both injections". E craze oooo. Na naija for you.

Solution: go and get at least one plot. With this, you can feed your family at least 80% organic food. This is what I have been teaching free of charge my friends and relatives. And many people are getting better. I am giving you the tip here, so go use it. I cannot teach everyone cos I will be worked out. Even on half plot of land, you can grow different green vegetables and fruits like watermelon, cucumber, tomatoes, onions. carrots, pawpaw, banana, plantain, etc. Go buy raw cassava and supervise its conversion to garri. Also, go buy enough yam from raw farmers you know dont use chemicals and process into powder yourself - amala, poundo yam etc. The rest are so hard. All grains ...chai. However, I still know some farmers I buy grains from. There are researches IITA did on growing some grains using bio approach rather than chemicals. For example groundnuts, maize, and some crops...there is something called aflotoxin (a poison) in them caused by some pathogens in the soil. And its so rampant in our soil, it is why groundnuts from nigeria cannot easily enter many EU nations too. And then, our maize...I pity people ooo. Chai. Just know that if you pay $1 for inorganic, you may pay $8 for organic. So that if you spend $500 for inorganic food a month, you may spend $4,000+ for quality organic.

“I just want to give reassurance that South Africa is open for business, South Africa is open for tourism and South Africa is open for any other form of visit,” he said.

“It is everybody’s responsibility to ensure that before you travel, you ensure that you have your visa, you comply with the immigration laws of the country, you become a good ambassador of your country.”

He also advised Nigerians visiting South Africa to familiarise themselves with their rights, the country’s laws and the locations of law enforcement agencies.

It starts from farms. The cotton industry is destroyed finally. Climate change first killed it (thanks to oil....the curse of oil is so high in Naija). I remember how the British came around to set up Cotton association in Naija for sourcing it from Africa. They did the same in Asia. Today, na story for Naija. Dead.

Then, power finished it. Power kpai it like other industries. There is nothing one can run without power. Solar isnt possible for this...it will be too costly. There used to be textile Mills in Costain, Lagos in those days. At the later days of the company, they started making very inferior materials. Lol. But I still remember vividly that nothing less than 3,000 Nigerians were employed there.

The seam mistresses were so many. Then, supervisors...not to talk of the number of engineers there. Electrical, Mechanical, etc. The place employed so many Nigerians.

Industries like this are needed, but they are all gone.

Also, you are blessed to be able to quickly adapt to greeting people. I know many who are introverts and find it hard to greet themselves, not to talk about greeting others. And you walk with someone else and that fellow can greet the whole of Nigeria. There was a particular friend I used to avoid walking with cos she would hold my hands to not allow me walk away while kneeling, greeting, stopping, mini chatting everyone. Omo eh! E no easy. Recently, we joked about it.. and she was narrating how she used to glue her hands with mine. Lol. Some can greet the whole of Africa ooo.

1. Architects, are trained to know that railing and any member of a building that is meant to be an obstruction or a mean to secure people from tripping off should not be horizontally placed, especially in rows . And should not be less than 900mm in total height.

Anytime is see all these things been built , I just shake my head , be it a window burglary bar or a balcony railings ,it is wrong . Had it been it was vertical , the child could just be seen starting hard to stuck his or her head in between the rails and not been tempted to climb .

Thank God for God cos , the child could have tripped an that would have been the end of the poor boy because of someone's negligence and the other persons stinginess .

Imagine the poor baby didn't hold on to that thing before the help arrived , or he just felt it's another swing and he trips off those numbers of floors .

Engineers , builders and contractors should please note that strick adherence to architectural drawings are sacrosanct . If you're not clear enough on something on the drawings please request for a detailed drawing.
