Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno claimed that the state wouldn’t be able to pay salaries and the northern economy would collapse if the reforms were implemented. He argued that Lagos will benefit more from the reforms. This is not true. Economic analysis has shown that Lagos will lose a significant share of VAT revenues given the revised sharing formula.Zulum was simply being mischievous, and he is a professor. Prof wey dey lie. ![]() I kept saying it...even Taiwo Oyedele said he expected Lagos to oppose the tax, but was surprised by how well Sanwo Olu worked with them. What is this telling you? Lagos has a dynamic economy that can easily navigate any terrain. Lagos is losing a lot of time, but they have discovered that they can work with this new system while still making a decent revenue. Instead of going back to the drawing board to find ways to generate revenue from these bills, Zulum, Udume, and Atiku are opposing them. Anyway, they know their people are lazy, and all they want is to continue exploiting their population to dominate other regions. They have mastered the art of importing Nigeriens and Chadians for census and election purposes. The government previously grabbed northern minors with voter cards and wanted prosecuted them for treason. If they could change their age to vote, why can not they serve time for treason? Lol. A very mischievous group of people. Lazy people. These bills are done deals. Heavens will never be dismantled after their passing. Done deals. We are going to pass them before 2025. Shikena! |
Believeintruth:Lazy man from the north that we have shown advised to embrace modern ways of doing business but is still showing that he is stupid, keep up the good work. No more free food for you again. Get your ass together and do legitimate business. Register your businesses and seek suggestions from experts in your area. Visit the livestock ministry created for you, and they will help you on how to go about it so you can help your government get more VAT. If you still decide to walk down your cattle from Sokoto to Lagos, na you sabi. Lagos go collect all your VAT neatly. Lol. ![]() If you are still stupid not to register your agro sorghum farm so you can identify you sold to a Lagos beer company as raw material, na you sabi. Na you be the foolish trader. Go register your company and make everything clear while filing for tax. Now, I have to leave you. If you like continue your old ways of doing business and dont grow. After this bill is passed, I will personally give you land to come breed livestock in my area so my state can collect the VAT since you don't want to use your head. I will personally make my state beer companies buy raw materials from stupid farmers in your place that won't register their companies. See...we will show you shege since you don't want to grow. We will exploit your illiteracy starting with you. So, tell me..where is your farm. I will personally patronise you. ![]() Good luck! |
Believeintruth:Get sense..you have changed from animal feed to raw material for beer making. Oga, you are an illiterate. I won't teach you how to get tax from this. Obviously, this is no more more raw material for animal feed which you said cannot be taxed, and I showed you previously how to go about it. Use your brain and stop showing your illiteracy further. Ha ba! Can you.see why Nigeria is not progressive? And he is arguing with all his strength here. I haven't seen this kind of stupi. dity in my life. Just disgracing himself further. The bottom line is this....if you want to earn VAT for your state, embrace new methods of doing business. As long as you are adamant to your old styles, you will keep cheating yourself. So, humble yourself and learn how to go about it. Stop showing you are an illiterate further. I am.going to stop exchanging messages with you cos your IQ is too low. |
Gbogbowa:Do you understand the reasons some states will have more revenue? If you know this, kindly tell us. If not, kindly shut up and go educative yourself about the bills. Ask someone translate everything to you in your native language since you have shown that you don't understand everything Taiwo Oyedele has explained. |
Believeintruth:Gray...kee you there. Hahaha. If you can swear you did not collect money, then, let's educate you cos you are an illiterate. You remove VAT on agricultural commodities which mean Northern states will earn no VAT on them especially when these commodities are used as feedstock for agro allied industries in the South and the products of these industries will earn derivation from VAT thereby denying the main starters of the supply chain which is the northern states where the raw materials were purchased.Solution: Package everything you produce as finished goods. Instead of walking from Bornu/Sokoto to Lagos with your cattle, stay in your place to be more efficient....Register your companies officially, then, process the meat.....sell. This way, you will collect VAT for everything. While you make revenue for your states, most of you will still not make N50 million annual turn over and you won't pay tax. It's a win win. Go and educate your people what I have taught you here. Like I said, you are an illiterate, and I will teach you. What else? Let me know another concern of yours and I will advise you free of charge. Laziness dey kill you. Grow up amd face reality. No more free food for you. It is give and take. When Tinubu opened livestock ministry for you, don't you know something else will follow it? You think Tinubu is Jonathan..lol. Oga, go to livestock ministry and they will assit you set up a proper business so you can help your govt collect VAT Lastly, if you like....process the meat and raise the price. Lol. We will simply find alternatives. And you will.end up eating your food. So, just like how southerners have been managing the economy and based on market, you should ask for help. But you also must cooperate and be humble. Any other concern? Let's educate you. |
seguntijan:Though, I cannot confirm the figures you put above, but one thing is clear.....these tax bills are the start to get what each state deserves. Like how many of us put aside the dislike for Tinubu and his gang, you also must support these bills. Let them pass through. Tinubu may think he is smart to do something else but see....this is the first mistake they are going to make that will benefit everyone crying for real fairness and equity. So, let us support them to quickly round up this mistake no matter where we come from. The next will be resource control. Just support these bills...let's pass them fast. "Small small", we will win the battle. |
Believeintruth:Bro, you cannot easily get consultants to start collecting any avenue for Nigeria. If you are literate, you will know that this will go through the senate. And everyone will kick against it. So, do not jump the wagon. Stay still bro. For now, tell us how much you are paid so we can refund you because we want to make sure N70k to N100k salary earners don't pay salary and N50million or less turnover businesses won't pay again. I am sure you fall into either of these two categories. So, bring your brain back to a normal Nigerian and let's get these deal done first. When they bring that, we will tackle it. Guy, use your brain. That money you are paid to post this shit...let us know.. we will refund you. Shallom! |
Ivimmanuel:I did not insult you, I only told you the truth who you are..but really...you have to feel it. How much did they pay you? We want to know. Lol. Don't hide. Be a man and say it. Do you have a company with over N50 million turnover? Or are you earning more than 500k per month? Which one. Tell us. Lol. If you fall into either of the two categories above and you swear that you have not collected any money...bro...you are a confirmed illiterate. So which do you want to dignify yourself with. An illiterate or a glutton and betrayal? This is why we are asking you how much you are paid? N10k? We can refund you bro so you can have your brain back and think well. We can know who is able to feed himself and the hungry and the greedy ones. This offer won't last long. How much were you paid so we can refund you? Get your brain back and live a normal life as a Nigerian instead of collecting bribes here and there that your parents collected and made nuisances of many people around. So, let us know...we will refund you. |
Melagros:Haven't you read it here that almost everyone has been educated concerning these bills? Nobody is your illiterate comrade. And most people are not stupid enough to collect N10,000 from oppressors to oppose these bills. Wherever you live and earn N70k to N100k, which I believe you do, you will not have to pay taxes. Is it only beneficial for residents of the states you have mentioned? If you own a small business with an annual turnover of less than N50 million, you wont pay tax. Are you too daft comprehen these? If you live in Borno, it applies to you too. So, instead of relying on others to work for you and accepting free money, find a job or start your own business. That era has ended. Go and work lazy man. Allow your states to generate more revenue, and they will receive more than Lagos and the other states you have mentioned. You are way too lazy. And we will treat your lazy ass right now. Go find work lazy man. Replace your governor with someone who can increase revenue in your state. If you like, you can take another N10,000 and install another dull brain as your next governor. Na you go still suffer am. Lazy ass. |
bewisemasses:You must be an illiterate then if you are a Southerner and you posted this. No two antelope are fighting here. Let the masses who are earning less not pay. Period. The rich will pay more. You have been paid a token to support them. You are just an illiterate. If food prices rise in the south, let southerners use the extra money to find a way to start growing their own food. Shikena. We believe the north should generate more revenue. If they decide to increase revenue by raising food prices, let the south find a cheaper alternative. This is good. All na competition which will drive food proces down. When the north realizes that the southerners have discovered a way to reduce prices, no one will teach them how to do the same. Let them go eat their their food alone. Shikena. And if Southerners are too lazy to go to the farm, they should pay more. Shikena. You as a young man in the south should tap into this. When you see that the north is not supplying you with food, produce more for the south. Is it not a win for you? Lazy man. Heaven will not fall when these bills are passed. Instead of making a fuss, seize the opportunities that these bills create and build wealth for yourself. Collect money from your sponsors telling you to oppose these bills, but do not post against them. Chop dem money but support the bills. Illiterate...use your head. Ivimmanuel:We have educated many in NL and many have seen the goodies in these bills. I took it upon myself to take on the manipulators here in NL, and we won. Now, you sounded disgusting. Lol. Read what you have posted again. Lol. What impact will someone earning N70k to N100k feel other than relieve for not paying? What impact will a business earning less than N50million fail, other than relieve. And you are among either these two groups. Yet, you are blind folded.with 10k you have been paid. Werey. Go work your ass in the north. If you think food prices increment will make you get more revenue...go ahead and do it. The southerners are not complaining presently. All they are saying is that you also bring to the table. Shikena. Enough of your threats. Leave story. Let the prices increases first. Have they not been increasing since Buhari's time? What new again? Continue deceiving yourself. These bills are done deals. Go meet with your governors to find ways to generate revenue for you. If you cannot survive, merge back with the states you were created from. Stop being parasites to other Nigerians. Go to work and help Nigeria increase its revenue. Are you not ashamed of your lazy ass? You are too lazy. Wake up. No more free food for you. Go and work. Bring us revenue also. Lazy people. |
EXPRESSSMAN:Na illiteracy dey worry you. You are just repeating the song by your sponsor to stop this. Go back and watch oyedele's videos explaining this. Stop being a nuisance spreading lies. Illiterate allowed himself used. Na you go face the music later if these bills are not passed because that N10k you have collected will finish soon. Illiterate. 2. If you exempt people earning one million and below from paying income tax, then apart from Lagos, Rivers and other oil states, how many workers in those other states earn over a million.Illiterate, stop spreading lies. It is not 1 million naira and blow not paying. Go check the facts well. Stop spreading lies. You are disgusting. Werey. 3. It is the same thing with companies, how many of them in those other states earn a turnover of 50 million and above. The question is that how many companies are in other states where they don't have anything to offer businesses? These bills will make them start thinking how to attract investors. And if they cannot, let them merge with the states they are created from. They are not self sustainable and shouldn't be a state in tje first place. The main criterion to be a state is self sustainability, but they were created to take more. This should be corrected. Go school and learn, you won't go. Now, see your life. Illiterate. These are what the Northern states are saying. You want to suffocate them and you don't want them to complain.Your norther governors and people have been suffocating others for over 30 years, and others didn't die. Others are saying they can continue if the north will not bring to the table. Go and work and also bring to the table. This is equality. 4. Taxes, including custom duties that are collected by 62 bodies, you want it to be collected by one body so that it will be easy to introduce consultants to the process. How will all these work and benefits the people and other levels of government.Name the 62 bodies and name the single body. This issue can be looked into. 5. The Economic council and other bodies advised for more time and consultations to sort out these issues, you said no.E dey pain you. We have supported it. N70K to N100k will pay nothing again. Also, less than N50 mullilliin per annum turn over will pay nothing again. It is a win for the masses. Your papa sef fall into either of these category. Even you. So, what is your business? You keep saying government is bad and not for you....and here you are saying poor ppl including you must continue paying. Are you really OK? No. You are not because the small bribe you have taking to support these few animals is intoxicating you. You are definitely sick. Guess what? These bills are gonna be passed. |
The legislative branch is beginning to draw battle lines among itself, and I believe this is due to the tax bills. Hmmm! Personally, I will not take a side here until I have thoroughly observed. This, I believe, is a counter-attack on the president's proposed tax bills. Let us observe, and we will support whoever benefits the majority. Na so na. If na the opposition favors us here, na dem we go follow. But make una hear us...we support the tax bills because they benefit Nigerians. Salary earners earning between N70,000 and N100,000 are at the bottom of the income scale, so exempting them from paying taxes is a good deal. We go support am. And for struggling business owners with annual turnover of N50 million or less, not paying taxes is a good deal. Again, states collecting more revenue based on what is taken out of their states is beneficial...this is the first step toward resource control. We will stop high-population states that have nothing to show for collecting large sums. We will make Nigeria work again. So let us see who favors the masses here. When we are sure, na that person we go follow. ![]() |
maasoap:I have read it. So, how does the thread help us with N70k to N100k not paying tax while the rich men pay more? How does it relate to small businesses with less than N50million annual turn over not paying taxes? And how does it relate to states collecting tax revenue in parraller to the rate they contribute? You people still think you can use your old tactics to divert the public's attention? You want to sha suffocate poor Nigerians. You are too wicked. You are demons.Please...shut the crap up. N70k to N100k earners will not pay tax. N50 million and less turn over business will not pay tax. These are our target. We will support Tinubu on these. Go hug any transformer near your. These bills are done deals. Please...we will pass these bills and win these battles first. Oga...go park well. We will pass it soonest..We will pass it before 2025. Then, we can listen to you. For now. Get outta my mention if you.are not for us to pass these bills for the common man...get lost. |
Basic123:So? ![]() E dey pain you? Ee ya! Again...We may dislike Tinubu, but we will support this bill. Get ready to hug the nearby transformer in your area cos these bills are done deal. ![]() We go pass them soonest. And heaven won't fall....you.will also benefit from them...we will deliver you also from slavery. Lol.... |
maasoap:You that know the solution, go ahead and tell us instead of telling us to wait for six months pilot. We dey listen ...Mr. iTK without nothing to back up anything. Go ahead. So, the few of you that wants the states to have more based on the so called equality we have presently and population, justify what they have used the ones they have collected to do. And tell us how it has benefited your ass all these years. Bravo....go ahead. Talking of accountability and transparency....show us how the people you.are supporting have been transparent and accountable for what they have been collecting. I bet it that you don't even understand what you are going into. You think this is like how you manipulate the public on the past? You sef...you don't even understand it. You are playing the music your so called leader have played that you should replay to the public. Guy, if you cannot do everything I asked you.here...don't ever mention me again...or I will roast you here that you will never use NL again. Get the crap outta my mention. |
Frigga13:Very good that you understand this. But that part that has Tinubu’s interest is the major deceit that sensible Nigerians are against.Really. We can't see the part. So instead of just making a nuisance of.yourself going against the bills, why can't you educate us about all the parts that Tinubu will use against us. Tell us na. You will never see a governor or elder statesmen support the bill.. even in his Yoruba cabinet..Na waooo. You didn't read the part where small businesses that earn less than 50 million annual return aren't paying? Christ! See this man ooo. And he is shouting against the bill. You didn't read where N70k to N100k salary earners aren't paying Jack. You didn't read where even large corporations are paying less than 5% of what they are presently paying? If these bills are affect industrial companies, the noise will be loud. Who among them have complained other than you whonis an illiterate that cannot read? Lol. ![]() But telling you that Tinubu is grabbing out Lagos and it tax out .. what ordinarily should be for the countryGuy. Ekiti gives more tax to the FG than most northern and eastern states. So, they will get more now by the new formular. Have you heard the governor complained? And you are complaining on.behalf of Ekiti. Lol. You are so funny. Guy, you are an illiterate. What are the investment in those states to be sufficiently raised funds ..Go ask Ekiti the investment it is making to pay more than northern states with high population na. Lol. Dey play. |
Sheuns:Keep asking stupid questions. If you have read them all, as I have, bring out the real issues with the bills and let us deal with them. Do not just ask for six months postponement. You who claimedto have read them all...bring up any issue in the bills and we will address them. You haven't read them. If you have, you won't be a stumbling block to them. But guess what? You are a failure. Just imagine. You have no points at all other than to ask us for six months more. Are you OK? This op who started this thread can write well. He is well articulated...but he could not bring out any meaningful point other than give us six months. " Six months kee you there". Na longer throat go kill him. But you...na illiteracy go kill you. You wey no read the details dey ask me. If I wozze you. Lol. |
Zico5:I bet that you are earning around N70k yet posting this rubbish. Illiteracy is a disease. You better ask someone to explain the bills to you in your native language before you use your hands to kill yourself amd regret it later. Most Igbos have started reading the bills in details and they are supporting them. Oga, the bills are for the betterment of poor and average Nigerians. Go read them before you continue showing your illiteracy publicly. Lol.. Or ask for help so someone can translate it all for you in your native language. |
TonyeBarcanista:Lol! You have failed. Many of us have read the bills on details. Stop this nonsense. We will oppose you by educating Nigerians. You have failed this time. You are wicked. |
TonyeBarcanista:I believe you have been paid to write this. Lol. You are requesting six months to postpone what all hardworking Nigerians have been praying for since the beginning of democracy so that you can manipulate everything again for your own benefit. Lol. 1. What accountability do you want to give to someone earning N70,000 to N100,000 who does not pay income tax? Do you need six months to put this in place? You're wicked. 2. Do you need six months to ensure that oil-producing areas receive more revenue in proportion to their contribution to the national revenue? You are wicked. 3. Do you need another six months to develop a fair and equal reward based on what you give, rather than the many we receive even when we do not work hard? You are wicked. You are a major enemy of the poor and the average Nigerian. And you have failed. You believe you can still manipulate poor Nigerians. Take a look at how many people have supported Tinubu, whom they despised. We may dislike Tinubu, but we will never succumb to your manipulative tactics. This is a done deal. We are passing these bills. Guess what? Following this, we will immediately seek more resources control. Be ready to hug a near by transformer cos we are ready for you. Prepare for real debate and political struggle. We are ready to educate everyone and liberate them from your wickedness. Bayelsa has supported these bills, and Ohaneze has also taken the right path. Time is up for you and Atiku, whom you have been supporting. Lol. We are moving forward. Nigeria is moving forward. These bills are done deals. You would better face reality now. |
I am happy with this thread. I purposefully avoided commenting earlier in order to read other people's comments. Many of those who oppose them appear to have become sufficiently educated about them. We may dislike Bola Tinubu, but these bills convince us to support him in this area. We will keep opposing some of his bad policies, but lets support the good ones. Let us make Nigeria work. This is our only chance to tell the north to go to work. Well done everyone. |
ForbesAssetMagr:Four areas involved are: 1. the Nigeria Tax Bill, 2. the Nigeria Tax Administration Bill, 3. the Nigeria Revenue Service (Establishment) Bill, and 4. the Joint Revenue Board (Establishment) Bill. Each bill addresses specific aspects of tax: 1. administration, 2. compliance, and 3. enforcement. Benefits 1. Uniformity in tax revenue administration across Nigeria, 2. eliminate double taxation, (Lagos is losing here, but they wont say it) 3. use taxation to encourage private sector investment in critical industries and boost disposable incomes through targeted tax exemptions. It favors small businesses and even large businesses Notable feature of the reforms is the proposal to reduce the corporate income tax rate from 30% to 25% over the next two years. Dangote and everyone in big businesses are not complaining. Lol. It favors them too, except, those who are into something else. Similarly, small businesses with annual turnovers of N50 million or less would be exempt from paying taxes. This is where we all are. How many Igbo small businesses can boast of N50milliok annual turn overs that they are opposing it? Illiteracy at its peak. Also, anyone earning N70k up to I think N100k salary will not pay. As your earnings increase, so does your payment. Only those earning extremely high will pay high. This is exactly the UK style of income tax. This is the real definition of PAYE. However, the majority of these illiterates shouting on NL earn less than N70,000 and are only complaining because they despise Tinubu. Lol. And they pay tax at the end of the month....lol. Now, they won't be paying, and theybare complaining. They will start paying gradually the moment they start earning big too. Northern Politicians are the only ones against it They exploit Nigerians' illiteracy by misinforming them. First, the northern senators want to postpone its passage so that they can continue to earn more money each time they debate the issue. Lol. Second, VAT is the issue now. Let me explain Previous VAT sharing formular I can't go into the details, but it favors those with high population. Period. And the north has high population. Proposed VAT sharing formular It encourages states to generate more revenue for the economy. However, because the north refuses to work, they are unwilling to attract foreign investors to help improve our economy. Why? They don't have the capacity to do it. But we want to encourage them to start. They want to continue relying on income from oil, alcohol, betting, and other southern-produced products. OK. They are into agric and there is no tax on agric. We have told them to find a way to invest in finished goods to increase revenue, but they refuse. They understand that doing it will require more investment. However, Lagos, Rivers, and other states have made significant investments in order to increase revenues, which is why everyone is flocking there to invest. No, they don't want to listen. We don't need to force them to accept modern ways of doing agric. We do not need to make them stop roaming the streets with their cows again. These bills will help them fine-tune their minds to adopt modern practices. They are game changer. And because they are not prepared to face the challenge, they wish to oppose them. We just need to make sure these bills are passed. As soon as they are...guess what? The End Game As soon as states that generate more revenue become economically strong again, they can advocate for greater resource control. The north understands where we are going. No one has ever tried doing this. Jonathan was licking their asses, and OBJ could not try it. Obi can't do this because he will be impeached. But this man called Tinubu has appealed to some powerful stake holders in the north that are backing him, and he is doing what we don't ever think will happen in our lifetime. This is why I am saying that we must grab it now. The north may want to leave Nigeria if we are united, but we will say NEVER. They use SS and Igbos oil, and we will use their lithium and uranium as well. But the good news is that if we start, they will also begin to earn more revenue. They will also begin developing. This is where I know Tinubu drew the attention of the northerners who are supporting him. So, the end game is a Win Win for everyone. The north will also win because Tinubu has activated numerous initiatives for them. If they do not allow France to rape them in the same way that they messed up Niger, they will win handsomely due to their abundant natural resources. Next, these bills will encourage us to make Ajaokuta steel work. This is what we have wasted billions on dollars on because we aren't united. This is a win for North Central for the first time since they have been marginalised too much. The bills' advantages are gateways to many good things for Nigeria. They will wake us all up. They are the real definition of equality and fairness. Research more the four areas of the bills, and you will know better. Bless you! |
“As I told you before, the bill is very progressive. It will bring back fiscal federalism. Many senators have not been briefed,” Kalu said.Igbos...this is Kalu's summary....focus on this. That's it. The rest below...na politics. “I think the federal government made a mistake. The initiators of the bills could have briefed the National Economic Council, Governors’ forum and Council of state.”All the remaining epistle from Kalu is playing politics. Search him well, he supports Tinubu on this despite he disagreed with him in many other areas. Personally, Kalu feel betrayed too, but on this...he is with Tinubu. He is only playing with the "blokus" of Udume. Udume is a senator from Borno, and Zulum is their governor. Borno is where Boko Haram plenty pass...with extremely high population. Na dem dey import Nigeriens pass to Nigeria to vote for them..and during census. Yet, they are backward and mostly illiterates. Kalu is only being mischievous here. Igbo...Read all his statements again...you will know who to support here. You better put hatred for Tinubu aside and support these bills that will nail Tinubu himself in the future. This door only opens once. Let's use this single opportunity and take back what belongs to us. Next, we will demand for resource control. Next, we will ask the president to stop electing the INEC chairman. Before you know it, the north will start trying to leave Nigeria. Na then, we go hold their blokus too. We will go and mi e their lithium and start producing batteries for our solar panels. All southern states will gain from it. Bola Tinubu has signed the degree. We will not rest until we mine their uranium too. We go mine e erything. Leave them oooo. We are just getting started. Ha. We go see soon. Igbos, just be smart also. Ijaws too..be smart. Yoruba ...be smart. North Central...una Don suffer too much...be smart. Kogi...Kwara...this na your opportunity to take back what you have been asking for. Grab them...run away with them...na Tinubu be the first to grab and run. Make una grab yours too now. And run away...Na your right. Grab am with confidence and run away. Restrategize to come grab more. Who is with me? Let's go there. |
Deji will fall into the trap that has already been prepared for him. For goodness sake, he is now a lawyer and activist who should stay away from politics. I believe Wike is correct in claiming that he went to beg him for the PDP publicity position. To me, he is attempting to be a politician instead of facing his activist mission. Na waoo. |
My people, as long as this war keeps Boko Haram and Bandits from getting weapons from their sponsors, they should continue. Lol. If Trump will scatter the whole middle east just for Boko Haram not to get weapons and disturb us again, it is a welcome action. Go go go go Trump! |
If you follow my posts, you will notice that I continue to emphasize illiteracy and high population as fuel for corruption. Because very few of these people want to take bribes from the government, they are exploiting the illiterates and relying on a large number of poor people to cause havoc. Just imagine. They are complaining about underdevelopment, and their governor wants to build an airport for them. The community with the airport will grow faster, but they did not anticipate this. Why? They are illiterates. They allowed a few people who can manipulate them to inform them that they are losing their jobs. which jobs? the jobs they had already abandoned. Mehn! Illiteracy is a disease. It is backwardness. |
aswani:Exactly. My prayer is that Igbos will come back to their origin and get it right. This is a tool they need also to stand firm. If Ohaneze can support Tinubu here, igbos in diaspora should too...and let them educate the illiterate ones here to support these bills. |
skywalker240:Exactly. Let's get to work and spread the news. Illiteracy is what the politicians are using against us. We have social media to tackle Udume, Zulum, and Atiku. |
Summary of what Oyedele said: Every state that contributes enough revenue will begin to receive its fair share. We take oil from your states; you take more. Period. Those opposed to these bills are unwilling to work and contribute. They devised the high population as a means of continuing to take more, and it is time we put an end to it. Period. If you are opposed to this bill and are not from the northern states, you are simply stupid. And you are an illiterate. If you earn between N70,000 and N100,000 and oppose this bill, you are the definition of stupidity. And you will never be wise in your life again. So, mark all those opposing the bills. Take note of comments. It could be a clue to identifying illiterates you should avoid. Some of them may bring businesses to you later...you know what to do. They will ruin any good arrangement you make because they do not understand it and do not want to try. What do you do? Mark them now and avoid them because they are both time bombs and political prey. |
The northerners have used deception and bullying as their weapons. Zulum first stated that only Lagos would benefit from it; however, Lagos forfeited a large sum. How? 99.9% of industries have headquarters in Lagos, and if they follow the rule, Lagos will receive even more...but Oyedele cancelled it, claiming that everyone uses MTN and other services. Please tell us where these revenues are really coming from. Nobody will file taxes from just Lagos. File it in one location, but we will allow you to specify the exact revenue from each state. No more saying Lagos produces it all. And Lagos said it is fair. Zulum, Udume, and Atiku aren't seeing this oooo. The issue here is that the north doesn't want to work at all. Later they changed their tone to Lagos and River will benefit. What did we see? Ohaneze put in its vote to support it. Now, Bayelsa has voices out too to support it. North Central that have been cheated politically have supported it. Lol. They said we should wait...now Weare seeing the outcome. Thank God for the social media. Guys, we may despise Tinubu, but he has the courage to initiate the reforms we seek. Let us criticize his bad policies while supporting the good ones. This is a good one that we should support because it leads to what we want. Let me tell me what we should press for again. 1. Passing of these bills 2. An equal electoral system to the one used in the United States, so that low-population states can have the political power they deserve and the northern states do not continue to use overpopulation to win elections. Results of these two things above: 1. We will have an accurate definition of fairness and equality. 2. We can then advocate for resource control. If you have been posting stupid comments about this tax, you need to step back a d ask someone to explain again these bills to you. Go and watch Oyedele's youtube channels again and learn what these tax issues are about. Do not just oppose them cos you hate Tinubu. If you are earning 70,000 to 100,000 or even up to 700,000 per month, it's a win for you. Ecsue you sre paying zero. Those earning millions per month are going to pay more than you now. This is a win for poor to average people. It is a win for the average Nigerian to the poor. The rich are the ones crying now ans they are using illiterates to stop this. The way they habe been using you. Stop them now. Be wise for once...if you continue to oppose this, you will regret it later. This is Oyedele's YouTube channel. Spread it and educated the illiterates among us: https://m.youtube.com/@taiwoyedele Please, explain these videos to these illiterates in their native languages. And please, explain it to these NL illiterates. We need to spread this news fast. Let us help the Senate pass these bills quickly so that we can move on to the next agenda item. Bola Tinubu must pass as many bills as possible to demonstrate true equality and fairness. Then, we can talk of 2027. These bills are the first step toward enacting legislation that would prohibit the president from appointing the INEC chairman. Let us support these bills, which will work against Bola Tinubu, if he later turns anti-fairness and equality. For the time being, these bills are in our best interests. Let's support them. |
Frigga13:One of Nigeria's major problems is illiteracy, and the other is its large population, both of which create an ideal environment for corruption to thrive. Simply look in the mirror and consider the disparity between high-population areas that generate extremely low VAT revenue while destroying alcohol and betting sites, which they call haram, and low-population areas that generate high revenue...yet the low-revenue areas that also destroy many things receive a large portion. And then for almost over 3 decades nothing to show for the high vat they have been collecting. People in oil areas have been complaining how they are cheated. We all collect revenue from Ijaw and we don't clean their river. If they increase their income and they clean their river so they can start fishing again which is their main occupation before oil was found there (Ken Saro Wiwa died for the cause), is it bad? Is it bad to give more to places where vat is generated more? Where is your head? So you think Ohaneze doesn't consult well to weigh issues before they react. Or do you think Arewa too? While Arewa is driving by selfishness and laziness, ohaneze despite opposing Tinubu can see how this man has got the balls to go against the north. What your Jonathan, Obasanjo, or any Southern man dare not try. We may hate Tinubu, but he has got the balls. Take it or leave it. This is the truth. One of Nigeria's major problems is illiteracy, and the other is its large population, both of which create an ideal environment for corruption to thrive. The north wishes to remain the same parasites that they have always been. While Ohaneze sees a light at the end of the tunnel that will lead them out of slavery. "Baboon dey work, Monkey dey chop". This is just VAT. Have you considered the income tax, which benefits the majority of Nigerians with low or average incomes who will either not pay or pay a small amount? While the rich pay more to compensate for what the poor do not pay? Is this not a win for you? I am sure you aren't a rich person. Or is your income around 100million a year? What is wrong with you? Go to school...you will say schooling is a scam. Look at you? Using your own hand to kill yourself. Oloyede explained everything clearly, but you lack the ability to understand it. And here you are still shouting because you despise Tinubu. Many of us dislike him, but we are not stupid enough to oppose this tax because we understand that it is the first step toward the resource control we have been requesting. Those norther senators aren't ready to work in their states. For example, Zulum is banking on his high pay. And they always cheat. They ask Nigeriens to filled up their place cos of these issues. Oga, we should now implement the American College voting system. We will be fair and equal once we have implemented resource control, passed these tax bills, and established a similar electoral system to the US college. Ask someone to explain these bills to you in your native language because you have demonstrated a low IQ. May you not kill yourself and later realise how stupid you are for hating Tinubu. We can now bridge the gap between rich and poor, but unfortunately, you, the poor, are being used by the rich to prevent your liberation. You will not realize how stupid you are right now until your eyes clear. What a pity? Go to school you will say it's a scam. And here you are displaying your illiteracy at its peak. What a pity! |
trutharena:Making sense for lazy northerners who want to maintain their large share due to population. The population cannot be used to produce more agro-products and earn more, allowing them to gain a larger share. Lol. And then, they are talking about equality. What is the point of equality when you have 25 million people in your state but pay 10 times less than someone with 5 million people? "Baboon dey work, Monkey dey chop". That's VAT. Have you considered income tax? I bet you don't understand it. I'm sure you don't earn high, yet you are shouting. May God not let you use your hand to kill yourself before you realise it. Illiteracy is your problem. Go find someone to explain things to you in your native language, and stop pretending you understand everything Oloyede said in the Senate. I bet you did not even listen to him, and now you are shouting here. ![]() You are a dead meat with this your attitude. Na your type politicians dey use every 4 years. Lol. If we research well, na this Tinubu you voted for na. ![]() Illiteracy at its peak. Lol. |
