Rashfprd has to be dropped. Mount can play from either flank.

Even Bruno too should come in from the bench in our subsequent games. Our struggle this season is partly down to their poor performances.

Keep playing them and they keep doing rubbish.

It’s not easy being a manager.

Maybe create patterns where you score goals without involving those top guns? If you can win matches with or without them you can do whatever you want to do.

Maybe that’s why he benched the two of them in that midweek game against Crystal Palace. Maybe he’ll do the same thing tomorrow vs Newcastle.

I would make the hard decision. Rest those senior players and run with the young ones. Maybe rotate them for a while until they listen to my instruction, assuming I have been giving them instructions and they haven't been following.

Our midfield was Eriksen and Case with Bruno. We replaced Eriksen with Mount and changed our patterns and things went to hell.

We are hardly able to play out from the back these days and when we get into dangerous positions, Bruno and Rashford force things. Or Antony or any other attacker makes a senseless decision and we lose possession.

And then the ensuing counter attack is almost always devastating.

If you were the manager, what would be your next moves? What would you do?

Ralf wasn't sacked because he said we needed new players. He was not given the contract he was supposed to get because ETH wasn't keen on working with him. The manager had the power because it was believed that he had some sort of magic wand to rebuild the team.

Its normal for fans to crave for trophies, but ETH never had a target on his back last season.

Snippets from the matches where we were terrible last season.

We played some good game last season. We were also terrible (by my standard) in many games. I remember some of us complained a lot last season. I remember dragging with odizeey where he said once we win a trophy we will play better, and that trophy is all that mattered now. We won that trophy and became worse. If everything was good last season, why did we have a lot of complaints last season? What we're experiencing now did not happen out of the blue. There was a steady decline from that same last season. We were close to top 2 and then we were at the risk of losing top 4. Its not like we were playing top teams that period.

ETH has not addressed a key part of this team which is the midfield. His signings have been all over the place. What exactly is his role if we're to turn things around? At what point will ETH become strict and bench the likes of Rashford and co? Garnacho is slowly losing it and he may never achieve his potential. ETH had a very promising player and he is miss managing him. He had the chance to sign someone that can control the midfield, he bought Mount. He has continuously played Bruno in the wings when he is utterly useless there. He subs have been very baffling and his press conference now annoying. How huge is his role if we're to turn things around and can he be relied on to do that?

I'm pretty sure we can compile a 10 secs video of some good passes we have had this season. And by the end of the season, e fit reach 1 minute
