He has started the season well from the bench but given the chance to start on Saturday I noticed he reverted to type and was drifting in and out of the game! I mentioned it here that the 1st half of that game reminded me of last season and that the outcome would show a lot about our mentality this season!

Sadio mane never gives his marker a moments rest...I can't even tell whether I am watching his last or latest match sometimes because in every game even when liverpool are failing you notice his work rate, willingness to defend, goals and aggression! These are attributes I want to see in martial...he had that kind of work ethic at monaco but at united he is always looking disinterested And feels influencing games is not his responsibility! Bottom line is he needs to do more even when games are not going his way....he can learn a thing or 2 from manes approach to games!

Yes but Mou can help him by bringing another dribbler to the right wing to reduce the attention on his side. Having such players on both wings will help the team because opponents know they have to put an eye on both wings and not just the left wing of United.

Mane had the space to operate on that wing. Arsenal felt they were too big to double up on him and Salah and that was their undoing. That's why I appreciate Conte and Mourinho, they understand the strength of their opponent and play accordingly. Martial didn't get the free space against Leicester. He has shown already what he can do with free space to operate.
