If you don't watch Haaland you'll think he does stroll around when his team is not with the ball. I watch him in their last champions league where he scored 5 goals and his pressing was crazy in that game

Ten Hag has resigned to using Bruno deeper till some others return. it has weakened us further forward, hence the recent lack of goals.
my belief is that using Martinez in DM and sending Bruno to his natural position should bring a better balance since Shaw can deputize at CB with Malacia coming in, or Lindelof can replace Martinez.

This season Bruno has been used everywhere to cover the inadequacies of the team. This is why we need to be very aggressive in the next transfer window.

There's this vicious cycle of the team playing without motivation and losing, then the next match they start playing like beasts. It has happened like 3 times this season. They should approach every game with a winner's mentality.

The major thing holding them back is their poor mentality and weak energy. If they can find a solution to that, we will be comfortable in 3rd position.

Simple. For the amount we spent on Sancho, Antony, Martial etc, they should be heads and shoulders above majority of the opponents they face but it's not the case. Why I am particular about Sancho is his attitude on the pitch. He doesn't want to hurt himself whilst on the pitch as if he is our most important player. You will see scenarios where Sancho is favorite to get to a pass but he'll slack and before you know a defender is there before him...

He does not struggle for balls at all. Like put in some effort na. What is the problem? How can you be a winger and nobody even fouls you? You can't draw fouls, you give up on balls that should be 50:50. He does not want to be here

This team has been playing rubbish for months, they were just masking the rubbish performance with wins. Even the carabao cup final performance was horrible, De Gea kept us on that game plus Newcastle wasteful finish. I don't know whether the players are not following what the Manager teaches them in training, Ten Hag should be looking at video replays and make necessary corrections to this teams lapses. He should for the love of God also give our young midfielders chance to show what they can do....

His post match speech has been the same for a while now and you would think the players will put in more passion and energy in the next match but na lie. I don't expect those our less technical players to suddenly become technical. But they should make up for it by running more and being more aggressive.

We ended last season with 58 points, picking 8 points in the last 9 games.

EtH will be a big phool if we pick 8 points in the next 9 games, all of which are winnable.

Right now, we need to play much better. Our last 3 games or so have not inspired any confidence at all. Sometimes its not about the loss, but how they played. Even the fa cup against Fulham, we would have lost that game if Fulham had kept a cool head. Unless we get back Casemiro and our attackers like Rashford gets more involved in the game, We will struggle to beat the least team in the league.

As for ETH, I thought he inspires energy in his teams. His players are always energetic and about on the pitch. If after 12 months, his team still lacks that, its obvious that most of those players can never change which is what we have been talking about. If you like change manager 10 times, we will end up back here.

Sancho has been underwhelming, no doubt. But he only came on for 30 mins yesterday. Even if he was a beast, that midfield would fail him.

Doesn’t excuse his poor performances tho. If he doesn’t pick up this season we should find a way to offload him in the summer.

This Sancho can't pick up anything. He cost too much to be on the bench collecting that huge free money in a team like manchester united that's short of quality players

The main culprits of the loss are Sanitizer and MacTomminay and most of the attackers.

Then there's EtH who refused to change his style to accommodate the weakness of those useless midfielders.

Sancho didn't play up to half of the game yesterday. But that didn't stop you guys from needlessly attacking him.

Like AWB used to be, he has turned to a scapegoat because of his poor performances in the past. Na wah.

I think why Sancho is being called out is that he should be starting if he's useful. Weghorst should not be starting when we have a fit Sancho, Rashford, Martial and Antony. For the amount he was bought and his weekly wages, he should be the first player on the team sheet. That's why he needs to make way for someone that can be in the first 11

A Burnley reject and a bench warmer at Bayern was all they could get in January. It is looking like Ten Hag is a try and error manager laslas, cos i don't see how a Pep will have Iqbal and be playing McTominay in midfield. After two full season, we will know where we stand....

I have also been clamoring for these youngsters to get more game time, but ETH knows best.

Those January signings just signal to me that the club didn't want to spend any money in January.
