The lie is very obvious here. We have seen glimpse of what ETH intend to build and it’s obvious most of these players can’t implement it.

What ETH intend to build is maybe clear, but can this squad implement it? Your answer will most likely be no. So what has improved? Goals conceded?

If these players are unteachable and can't dominate a game from 0 to 90 minutes, it's important ETH goes all out for the players that can. If he doesn't, he will only have himself to blame when he's sacked

At the end of this season, the team would have made no visible progress except that they won Carling cup. No style to build on. Just some individual brilliance and counter

we only have 13 good footballers, the rest just make up the numbers. we need at least 4 players that walks straight into the starting eleven. the manager has done a good job.
