BIGTinfotech: Bros, not everyone attended a glorified secondary school like you did sire.
This wasn't done in my school. I actually can understand if it was done in yours. I hope the University you attended is among the best ten in the world? The fact that it is not done in your alma-mater during your University days is not an indication that it can't be done in others. Like I always say, it might not be good enough sometimes to condemn any action which the constitution does not forbid: if the acclaimed OND graduates are pleased with what they were doing, how does this constitute your headache? It is high time you start thinking straight. |

BIGTinfotech: OND?!!. Now I can see why there's a discrimination in the labour market between OND, HND, and BSc.
To think that they're feeling like they've arrived sef. Mtcew. You are a disgrace to University graduates for making such unempirical statement: don't tell me that you haven't seen this happened to anybody during your university days. Why talking as if she did this to herself? I have seen secondary school students display which was worse than this nowadays for your information. |

When they say "Ghost Workers", they dont mean they are actual ghosts
It means that they are not directly employed by the Civil Service but they are enrolled in the payroll system
They are used as conduits to siphon public monies

Any measure to block leakages is very welcome

A cabinet that cant defend their budget While I am not here to defend the loopholes, remember that budget is just an estimation of expected revenue and expenses which cannot be 100% accurate: it is an estimation, but not certainty. When it comes to auditing and accountability, one has to defend his expenses not necessarily a budget.

Omo Igbo! See how the tarred road in your hamlet looks like USA This one na Osogbo too shey?

TyroneP: There has been public uproar from different angles concerning the purchase and issuance of electricity meter device. Nigerians who had paid for these services are yet to be given. We want the government to do something to these complaints. There are people who had paid for the pre-paid meters for two years and the electricity companies has not issued the said meters. EFCC and ICPC should please save Nigeria from this plague of corruption. One of the legacies Jonathan left behind: I pray I get mine one day too. |

seunmsg: [s]The president should immediately sack the DG budget office and the minister of Budget and national planning. They have both failed the president. The massive fraud in the budget was perpetrated in the budget office and the leadership should be made to pay for it.
Going forward, the president needs to appoint a very knowledgeable and trusted management or public accountant as his special assistant on budget. The SA budget and his team will help the president review the budget before it is presented to FEC for approval. If due diligence was carried out on this budget after it was compiled by the budget office, all this paddling, inflation and errors would have been detected and the president would have been spared of this national embarrassment.[/s] One of the legacies PDP left behind: PMB need to change the status quo of those who handled it throughout 16 years of PDP at the helm of affairs if he want to succeed.
God bless Nigeria.

Leopardd: [s]Are you this unfortunate? IPOB have been there way before APC was formed, they were holding meetings before APC won presidential election and during tenure of PDP, I didn't hear or read that GEJ ordered soldiers to go and kill them, because they are peaceful and have not committed any crime. What APC government is doing is systematic genocide because these are part of the 5%. I know Buhari is trying to push these millions of young people to a situation he will call them Terrorists and militarize Biafra-land. Why am I saying all these, one day chicken will come home to roost, and whatever Buhari like let him do, if he wants to commit another 3 million + genocide to keep Nigeria one, he can but what must be must be. Even unwritten code of human life knows that spilling innocent blood backfires.
That is why they went to AU to talk on withdrawing from ICC, so they can kill as many as they want without anybody holding them to account.
As for the ones supporting military to go to scale fence and go shoot at people having prayers, who were not even protesting, it really shows that y'all value of sanctity of life. Support evil and one day it will surely return to you.
I know one day it will turn to free for all, then Aso Rock will know they are millions of us who aren't happy with everything called Nigeria, and would not mind coming home to defend our rights to live and self-determination. [/s] You guys are nothing buy some sets of unemployed miscreants used as a tool by Kanu: peaceful agitators indeed

VampireeM: am not saying Mr President shouldnt fight corruption but I noticed Since he came into power and claimed he is fighting Corruption am yet to hear where an APC member or Chieftain esp those ones that were in PDP has been arrested by EFCC or Probed even with petitions written against them.
PMB's anti corruption war is more of a witch hunt! If truly he wants to fight corruption, he has to start from the root and not the branch...
Since the inception of this govt, everyday arresting and probing with no meaningful results. Touring round the continent like he is "Gulliver the Traveller" and some Zombie Nigerians are telling me its for our own good... Govt with no blue print on how to run the country and economy looking for whom to blame for their incompetence. We are in 2016 and the budget is yet to be approved? Are we moving backward or Forward?
@ bolded, this is a good observation. But one thing you failed to notice is that PMB's anti-corruption crusade is predominantly being focused on Federal level for now.
And if I may ask you, who are those people who majorly occupied Federal Executive posts for the past sixteen years and which party did they belong? ACN, APGA, CPC and other political parties operates majorly at states or local government level as at that time.

LordAdam: I don't like it when people say Nigerians voted PMB. Only 2 regions voted PMB to power. The other two did not fall under the APC spell. We have reiterated our stand with the gubernatorial elections and subsequent ruling.
The regions that voted him should not complain. Let them leave wailing for the two regions that saw the scam from afar.
-Lord Yeebos and confusion are two inseparable duos that cannot be separated: they are not a Nigerian today, tomorrow they are living in the zoo.
So, what will you call those who voted for PMB, but not from your erosion-affected region hamlets? For your information, those that voted for PMB are called Nigerian, while those who does not vote for him could be regarded as animals living in zoo.
If you doubt it, ask the kanu the most popular Ibo hero ever liveth in Kiri-kiri. |
