So you still patronize brothels after claiming to be a married man.

Wonderful

Anyway, the problem with most Yorubas is that they don't travel, so they think most people from SS are Igbos.

SS and SE dominates brothels in SW while North, SS and SW dominate brothels in SE. In the core North, you'll mostly see NC, SS, SW and SE.

Most Yoruba sex workers offer their trade outside SW. Most prostitute go to places they are not known.

Agbo sellers in the SE, SS and North are low-key prostitutes

FACT
Brothels, hotesl, etc are located even very close to the churches and mosques in Lagos, not to talk of residential places.

Kido! You can't know this because you are still living in your gully-erosion affected hamlet.

You are right

Yoruba wedding is the cheapest while Igbos are expensive. But with an Igbo woman you are sure she won't just wake up and leave your house for another man without going through traditional rite of annulment.

Most of the Yoruba women I know don born for 3 men. Very shameful
Two igbos women living in my compound have the same characteristics. To God who made me, I know more than three men with 'Mama Cho Cho' living in my compound and she has been married to two husband so far.

Do I need to mention 'Chi chi' an igbo woman whose only job is to sleep with different number of men in her own apartment? Go to any hotel in Lagos and shout Chiamaka or Chidinma to see the number of halourts that will answer you.

This is not in any way to demean any tribe, but to tell you that your generalization does not seem logical.

You didn't donate

Yoruba culture requires cow for a lady that has not given birth before, unless you can't afford it.

But the list op posted here is for a lady that has born for one man. It will go further down if she gave birth for more than two men.

Some men don't give pay shishi. They just impregnant the girl and wife don dey down be that
I choose the word 'donate' deliberately because no one a.sked or mandated me to do so. They were even ready to bear everything; so stop behaving like ignoramus. I met my wife when in final year and we got married two years after she served her fathers' land.

Introduction and wedding among Yorubas are mostly dependent on what the to be husband and wife could afford and decided upon. Get it right.

You think Yorubas would force you to do anything about marriage as far as you can take care of their daughter? Even if your brother is ready, the wife of your said brother would still be the one to dictate what they could afford as family.

No wise man would miscontrue tolerance, consideration and simplicity as foolishness. Now, it is left to your brother to do what is expected as what goes around comes around.

My own list was not even up to that, despite the fact that they know I can afford the expenses. The family took care of the the entire bill during introduction.

Thereafter, I personally donated a cow during the wedding ceremony and a lap was given to my Dad. As for the food and drinks presented on the D-day, I have no idea of where they came from till date.

franchasng:
God Himself said in the Holy Bible that:

"I will bless whom I will bless" , which means that your life is predestined, whatever you will be you will be...even your foolishness will contribute to your destination in life.

Humans only have choice in one thing; where to spend their eternity after their journey on earth, aside this, every other thing about you has been predestined, you can only plead for mercy and if there is slot for that then you can obtain mercy to alter your role in the script of life.

Even your laziness will help you to get to your destination...so success in life is not just a factor of hardwork or wisdom or intelligence but hugely dependent on your destiny.

Your destiny decides how far you will go in life, when you will die and how you will die and you cannot do anything about it just as Jesus Christ couldn't stop his own death even though He knew it was going to be painful, He wished it could pass away but then, He knew that was his destiny and his role in the script of life to fulfill God's will.
Jesus Christ was predestined to die, but he got the glorification through hardwork, and not by luck. All He suffered before/on the cross is what could be termed 'hardwork' if critically examined.

Your epistle has little meaning to me.

Your son will punch you when you grow up and you will learn in hard way. So, are you telling me that a father who has been responsible so far will just stop overnight without a cause?

She feels comfortable beating a three year old kid, but has the gut to raise her hand against her father when corrected. Yet, you are here spewing rubbish.

Her relationship with her father got severed due to the hatred and complaints handed over to her by her mother. Imagine, she even have a right to reject 50,000, but she is finding it difficult to realize 1,000 per day as a grown up adult.

She is seeing her father in the way he was painted by her mother, and this has lead to unconscious disposition of hatred towards her father. A father who has been responsible so far can't just stop to doing so overnight; something might have caused it.

You can also see that her entitlement mentality is second to none and she need to work on this.

At 24,you should be thinking of how to become less of a burden to your Dad, meanwhile,I feel there are
some important details about your relationship and issues with your father that you didn't enlist in your write-up.
She has been brainwashed by her Mum into believing that her Dad womanizes and spent all his income on concubines. So, there is nothing her father gives that she will appreciate. She has also been told some cock and bull stories by her never satisfied mother.

Due to the above, she unconsciously started developing hatred towards her father to the extent of challenging her father's authority as the Head of the House.

Okada ke!!
Maybe you actually needed the fund truely aside your parent doing funding.

Well sha it worked for you.

Moving away from your parent I see is a gradual process. There should be a foundation and if I will say it should be a skill and or education.

Going off too early without any skill or any fundamental education can be detrimental and even at some time totally a bad decision to make. Not everyone would survive that terrain you took

Op simply need a plan of a house and a small business or a job. He can borrow money if necessary or discuss with a friend or family member(base on track record sha)
You are surprised that I rode Okada. You see, that is the kind of the sacrifices one need to make as a man.

However, I was so young but determined then. And to be sincere, that was where I majorly got the money to pay my school fees and feed myself throughout my undergraduate days. I was on my way to NYSC before I informed my Dad that I have graduated, he insisted that I return to meet him and prayed his heart out on me on that day.

Going our at the age of 40 is not too early bro and what has op been doing before reaching that stage? So, if his parent have died at the younger age, will he still be sitting down under their roof?

After graduation, I remember coming to stay in Lagos for one or two months in Lagos searching for job before settling down. Even when the going was tough to the extent that I have nothing to feed, I refused to budge in my decision to ask anything from my parents.

Hold on to this - what you earnestly believe in will work for you.

After getting admission. What was your source of income while being a student Abi na yahoo you dey do?
Or na part-time and work ?
I got the contact of my secondary school friend in Lagos and I started riding Okada around Egbeda, EJigbo, Ikotun, etc. They were six in a room when I joined them.

So, before I wrote my last paper in any semester, I have already packed my belongings because that would be the day when I would get to Lagos. Besides, there would be no food to eat if I decide to stay longer.

Upon every resumption, I will work for additional one week before I would join my mates in school. I remember December 31st 2017-January 2nd 2018, I worked non-stop and I celebrated it while transporting passengers.

You see, moving away from you parent terrain will give you much sense of responsibility and you will be more inclined to break even.

Guys good morrow to you all.

So it's going to be my 39th birthday next year and I still don't have one Kobo in my bank account. Still under my parents roof and no job. In a scale of 1 to 10, what are my chances of making it in life?
You are the one narrowing down your chances in life. For goodness sake, how can you be under your parent at that age and how are you coping with the happenings over there? Telling my parents to hold on to their money upon getting admission into university is one of the best decisions i have never regretted till date.

Even after graduation when all was lost after two years, I held on tenaciously to my decision and the rest is history today by God's grace.

Move bro.
