@poster i kinda disagree with that statement - "you are what you eat" (In order to stay healthy you must eat healthy foods) I don't eat heathy but I am healthy. I think eating small portions and exercise can do the trick too ![]() 1love |

Please feel free to circulate in case you know someone who can benefit from the information 1love Brooklyn Networks is currently recruiting for our next Free Cable Installer training program Only 2 Orientations left to be eligible for the next class March 31st and April 7th Orientations start at 10AM Sharp We are located at 621 Degraw Street, in Park Slope Brooklyn ▪ Brooklyn Networks is an intensive hands-on training program that will help participants start a career in the field of network cable installation. ▪ Cable technicians install the lines that run behind walls and ceilings that are hooked up to computers, telephones, security systems, A/V Equipment and broadcast cable. ▪ Graduates receive an internationally recognized Level 1 Installer certification from an organization called BICSI. ▪ Job placement assistance is a part of the program. Where I come from, Good Friday is a valued and respected holiday more so than any other holiday. No cooking of red meat, pork and any drinking or selling of alcohol. I don’t eat red meat/pork on Good Friday (It’s a family tradition) instead its seafood (preferable fish) Do you follow that kind tradition? Some of the meals are Conkie, anything made from cassava meal, and ground provisions etc serve with fish, mackerel or red herring 1love |
