1 naira is 100kobo, 52 kobo is 52% of 1 naira which means the government gets 52% of his profit from every bag of cement he sells.

He pushing for government building a more conducive environment so local investors can thrive and encourage foreign investors to come in thereby increasing how much the government makes.

People are detained when suspected for criminal offences while investigation is ongoing or during legal proceedings in the case of capital offences, that's the norm everywhere in the world.
