My first yr I arrived the hostel with cousin, brother and uncle.
Normally you are supposed to pay for your bed space but instead I paid for the room because I like being alone. Unknown to me, there was a chilling spot opposite the hotel reserved for cultists. I always went there alone and I used to spend nothing less than 3k on food and drinks I didn't know that I was displaying rich kid attitude. Whenever I am at the spot I always meet these final year guys smoking and drinking and I always hail them because I love how they kept it real, gradually I became friends with them because I could relate with them well sometimes they offered me drinks and meats which was unusual because I never had a friend buy stuff for me, gradually we started helping each other out but I never visited them and they never visited me we only met outside, and whenever were together I usually turned the conversation into something intellectual like politics, economics, religion. I guess itwas one of the reasons they respected to an extent. It was when I met one guy Kelvin in my class and we also stayed in the same hostel, we became friends and sometimes we would go to the spot to chill but whenever kelvin sited those guys coming he always exits the spot siting one excuse or the other, one day I asked him why and he said those guys are baggars cult members. I was shocked. To cut long story short I was harassed on morning on my way to class, my shirt torn, I was slapped... the attackers thought I was a beggar member. I Told my family members about it and the next day I was out of that school, I didn't carry any property just my clothes and laptop. I never went back.
Just like that?

That bandit of a guy always come with four guys, all of them have pistol in the pocket, and small axe called 7. Any day they visit, I will collect slaps, some beating. The trauma affected me that I became paranoid with girls on campus.

The only help I got was when I told a close friend about what I was going through, he spoke to his cousin who happened to be 002 of their group, and I was rescued.
Which one be 002 again?

Since you said she showed you a result that shows she was AA, it means an error was made at the time she was a Baby. Probably an exchanged result. Invariably, someone else might have been made to believe s/he is AS.

Matters could have even gotten complicated if the couple that gave birth to the other child who got the AS result were both AA. The woman would have first been a suspect.
The person the result was switched with is the other person saying the same thing here also. Nairaland have brought them together cus I know the AS then will soon come out to say it change because he is AA now

Let victor osihmen be on the bench in the first half of the game, so that he will know the defense weakness of the ivorian team.

If Nigeria coach does not do this advise, osihmen will eventually be rule out of this game due to lack of strategy by the coach.

Most Nigeria players don't know how to study game. Well, I think it isn't good to ignore yours, because you show a basic misunderstanding of what I am saying.

Because power is sold below its cost of production on orders from government, the power sector runs at a loss.

The losses are in theory covered for by subsidies budgeted for at the begining of the year. In pracitice these are not sufficient to cover the losses because production cost keeps rising, and cannot be controlled by government.

One of the ways production cost risies is the fact that gas used in power supply is paid for in dollars. As you know, naira is falling against the dollar. You need more naira to pay for dollars. You can guess the result. (Gas companies refuse to accept payments in naira).

This is why the power companies cannot make a profit, and why you have to buy transformers and suchlike. It is because they are running at a loss.

(Let's not forget...AS MUCH AS 30-50% of NIGERIANS DO NOT PAY FOR POWER AT ALL...whether it is billing or meter. When you have a business that is running at a loss, and people are not paying, too, where is the money to fix and expand things going to come from?)

That is why you should vote out PDP, LP, APC, AND NNPP....and vote for one of the smaller parties. You should have done so in 2023, like I did, you can do so in 2027

Also, owners of DISCOS and GENCOS are not making return on investment. They are so broke that they cannot pay tax, and they cannot make ends meet.....because government sets their prices, and the subsidy government pays them is inadequate, and again a large percentage of their customers do not pay for power. All that adds up.

They arein't making as much money as they should. Three discos are already being run by their creditors instead of the original owners.. One other (rumored to be owned by Atiku) is under the defacto control of the government because they could no longer cope. The rest struggle.

Would you let the government set your prices, if you were a businessman, so that your poor customers can breathe more easily?

Is defending the right to set one's prices a defence of corruption in government ?

You are really missing the point.

15k bawo, you must be living in face me and slap u where you sheared the bills the total amount is 90k lowest sometimes 100k and how they arrived at the amount is what we don't know

You are a partaker of the govt bro. I can infer from your perspectives. Even on other points in this thread.

Raw truth is, you people don't have an idea of how extremely poor misappropriation of resources have made Nigerians become now.

A bottle.of Coke is N300, ordinary gala is N150 now. An average Nigerian cannot afford to buy a slice of bread on the road now.

The govt (esp. past and present) leaders have over milked it's people. It is very sad. Look, finding ways to make eat and make this people live so be it isn't priority.

The people you are defending, are siphoning millions of naira and dollars everyday into their private accounts. This is the stark truth. So your points are not accepted at all.

The tax receipts, how did they appropriate it.

The receipts from so called subsidy removal, how did they appropriate it?
It is good to just ignore such person comment. If all what the person said is true, why are we paying urge for electricity that has been subsidised and yet no light, everything is been paid for by us including the transformer. And also, how do they become a billionaire when they get to the government office if they are not making money. Some lies are just too clear to see but some people will still have the guts to come out and defend the corruption. Well, not their fault anyway, it is the people that are weak to face them and fight for their right I will blame

No one wants their subsidy anymore, they should put money in circulation and stop these dubious activities.
They wont. Even tho they tell you they have put money out there you will not see or get it just like the palliative. I've beginning to think the politicians are not just interested in the poor, they only have business with the rich that are ready to do business with them and pay them for whatever they roll out
