The way I see it isn't the church a nonprofit organization? As for the argument of production costs I'm sure that offerings and other collections would adequately cover these costs. After all other nonprofits help out physically by donating food, clothing and what have you. Why can't RCCG do the same by donating these books freely to spread the word? Why defend an obvious act of greed? Are we so blind to the fact that the churches nowadays are being exploited for personal gain? The copyright infringement is a non-issue here because that entails that the organization in question must be a legitimate business.
