This guy is being used by the APC no doubt. In as much as all the info he's been dropping looked real, one needs to be very careful when choosing an aide or confidential secretary cos only God knows whom or what we'd all become in future. This is a lesson of a lifetime. Atiku didn't harm this guy in any way to warrant all these info about him, which he's been busy digging out. We need to even pray before choosing or appointing a confidant. Most of the deaths of powerful people in the society in the past had been linked to their confidants and aides |
Sex selection doesn't lie on women but men. Any man who thinks otherwise this day and age is a stark illiterate |
FG, DSS, Hope you're all aware. Sadly,.someone will go to jail with grey hair. Election kii she tipatipa oo my people |
Dear Nairalanders, each time I say you should vote wisely, I mean every bit of it. Between March 2022 and September 2022, my company lost over 29m Naira to FX. Many invoices were returned. The CBN doesn't support with L/C anymore despite the items we import being on the CBN's approved list, which benefit the larger population of Nigerians and cannot be produced locally due to some pertinent reasons. There's an adage which says he who wears the shoes knows where it pinches. Businessmen and businesswomen in the house, please share your experience. This is the worst regime I've ever seen since I was born. God bless Nigeria. |
RevolverOcelot:Better don't talk too much before they call you ipob . Urchins believe only igbos are supporting Peter obi despite the obvious. They've called me all manner of names cos of my support for him. Some have eyes ,yet they can't see. Sentiments have blinded their eyes. Very soon, they'd call Labour party an igbo party till it takes over some south west states as the pdp which they once called igbo party is doing gradually. Hope you know 2 states in our region have been taken over by the pdp already...sending packing the ruling party, apc...their eyes will soon become clear enough to see the road. |
This reminds me of Jonathan's crowd in most states in 2015. Crowd doesn't determine voting results nowadays |
OlawaleBammie:Try and be civil ok? Nobody is fighting you. I only refuted your comment about me. You can't term me ibo because I'm supporting obi. That's the greatest mistake most people make, that only those supporting obi are ibo. Everybody is free to support any candidate of their choice, same way Pdp was supported in 2019 in oyo and voted out the apc, the then ruling party in the state . We used to see the pdp as igbo party cos they used to dominate their region. It was osun's turn to vote the out apc recently...does this make them igbos? We claim to be the wisest but at times some.of us behave otherwise. Respect people for whoever they choose to support, ok?. I reiterate, God forbid that I'm igbo. No ibo would ever deny where he's from,.like I jist did. Believe it or not. |
babtoundey:Still the cheapest today |
Chevrolet076:How can this be a problem? You've really gone far, which means they're interested in you. You're almost done with your nysc. Just go with what you have. Pray before you go for God's favour. Good luck. Let me share a brief story with you. This man happened to be my brother's friend. He graduated from ibadan poly as a geologist but he didn't possess the right qualifications which Chevron was looking for, mid 90s. He saw this advert inside the guardian.newspaper where most employers used to advertise jobs in those days. I also got all my employments there. Now the game had changed as most jobs adverts are now online-based. They were looking for graduate trainiee geologists and University graduates but he applied. Reluctantly, he was shortlisted and participated in the aptitude test. He graduated with distinction from ibapoly. When the result came, he came first overall. Chevron jettisoned the results and advertised again cos none of those who applied got up to their requited cut off point, except the young man. He saw the advert and applied again, they saw his name and still shortlisted him. He scored above their expectations again. They now invited him for an interview. It was during the interview session he got to know all these. Chevron had never employed an hnd graduate before him. He was hired. The man had been at Chevron headquarters in US for over a decade now on promotion. So, bite the bullet and go for the interview. Don't be afraid cos people you're going to meet are human beings , just like you and they reason too. |
OlawaleBammie:Abuse who? How can I abuse my own people? Some people would just talk as if their mouth is located at the anus. Iru isokuso wo leleyii? |
Lee99:I lived in ibadan for years. Ibadan is cheap in lifestyle. Food there is the cheapest in the entire south,.likewise transport and accommodation. You sound like a contractor and a bit comfortable so, you can get good hotels around bodija, ring road axis, depending on your project or contract site/location. Ibadan is generally safe and peaceful but don't do like a rich man by putting on bling-bling or expensive wrist watch. Just go low-key. Cos for naija of today, no lose guard my brother. Enjoy your stay |
See the camps of apc and pdp fighting dirty, same of the same. |
SmallDick99:It's your opinion, which is ok. Remove South East, South south, North Central except kogi, kwara and nasarawa, remove Kaduna and Taraba states from the states where you may think the apc would win. Obi holds these areas. The rest can be shared between kwakwanso, atiku and tinubu. Anyone who thinks fulani would vote a southerner should have a rethink. Buhari's tenure expires soon and won't be on the ballot next month. Atiku is another Fulani in the race. Kwakwanso is also there. These are the candidates who hold the core north. The antecedents have shown how fulanis vote based on loyalty instead of integrity, even from 1999 till date when obj and Jonathan were presidents, the duos only got sonsolatory votes in core north while they massively voted buhari cos he's one of their own , despite knowing he won't win. Thats how they think. Lagos is another interesting state. Let's leave the matter for now. Election is just a few weeks away. |
Amb1045:My brother, this is the menace we've been fighting in Lagos. When I said we needed a better life and good governance in lagos, urchins would be calling me unprintable names. Unfortunately, most of them are abjectly poor and not even close to the table where these paddings are taking place. They're being sentimental out of sheer ignorance. Somebody bought 3 private jets when he's not Jeff bezos or Elon musk but nobody is asking questions. They're afraid of being assassinated. I can't wait for an opposition to take over lagos. Then they'd realise how much this man had stolen from our coffers. If not ambode, many wouldn't have known how rich lagos was. Despite his massive projects which he executed in less than 4 years, lagos still declared budget surplus...the first of its kind since pa jakande ruled lagos in the 80s without borrowing kobo but built the largest hous8ng estate in Africa as of then. |
tollyboy5:I don't hate any tribe. I'm Nigerian first before my tribal affiliation. Can you say Pa Ayo Adebanjo or chief Bode George is igbo cos they're supporting Obi? No! . But there's nothing bad in what i aid cos not only the igbis participated in the coup. I read widely and I don't judge based on sentiment. My only uncle from the maternal side died in the civil war. My grandma who was from ekiti was deceived till her death that her son was still alive. My mum and aunt would be contributing money and be sending it to my grandma that her son sent it to her. This alone should have caused me to hate igbos. If you read that book, you'd know the motive behind the civil war wasn't because igbos wanted to break away. It was even to benefit awolowo who was in the prison that time, to release him and kill others and make him lead Nigeria before that disagreement ensued. If the motive was for igbos to break away, someone like Adewale Ademoyega wouldn't have led the war. These guys were intelligent and educated guys who believed a sound and educated fellow should rule Nigeria. There's a lot we didn't know about the civil war. I have both igbos and Northerer as my staff. I don't discriminate. Those igbos who call yoruba names need to check their brain cos they don't know what they're saying. If we don't shun ethnic and religous sentiments, we won't move forward as a country cos we need one another to succeed. |
Obi is a goooooal! The atmosphere looks brighter and brighter daily. Are they still saying atoku is coming? ![]() |
lhordspy:Have you ever read the book entitled Why We Truck by one of the coup plotters called Adewale Ademoyega? Was he also Igbo? He was one of those who led the Nigerian coup. He died in 2007. You guys just want to give them a bad name cos of Obi. Obi will govern Nigeria in the spirit of equity , justice and fairness. Before you hit me, I'm not igbo |
triple996:God forbid that I'm ibo. I can never be ashamed or or deny my tribe. It's funny to think all yorubas are supporting tinubu. |
Fira09:This your image deserves an award lol |
Urchins and reno would soon attack him as usual...1, 2, 3...gooooo! |
Obakoolex:Yes, the skeleton of disallowing politicians to share money among voters to buy their conscience, taking advantage of their impoverished state of life to have their way you meant? How long can we continue in this mess? Unless there's a check like this in the system, votes will never count in Nigeria and the corrupt politicians will always have their way. I support emefiele 100% even though I'm not a member or supporter of the apc. What happened during the presidential primaries of both the apc and pdp was a show of shame and a sign were not ready for the real change yet. There's no way tinubu or atiku will become president and corruption won't continue. They're political businessmen |
When my igbo brothers called Nigeria zoo. I was among those attacking them. But I was wrong. Such a show of shame can only happen in a banana Republic in barrister femi falana's voice. |
PrinceofSarcasm:Don't mind them. Honorary citizenship isn't same as the actual one. It's just like a chieftaincy title or a Honorary degree. They're wail taya |
UNDFTD:you and blueAgent should try and be civil now. Pls |
It takes men with God's heart to accept that. We have such in our family too. Its not easy adopting and training someone else's children. |
Efab Estate Gwarinpa? Wow! Dem.don enter abuja like dis. I was telling someone last year that abuja was a timed bomb here in NL but he was talking nonsense that abuja was safe. I crossed berger bridge to utako side one morning with a colleague on our way to insoect a project. Under the bridge were some police men who were guiding the place, maybe to check pickpockets. On our way back to our hotel in the evening, they told us 2 of thise policemen were attacked and killed by armed men. The whole place was so dry. May God help us in this country. We don't have a government. |
But he was part of the rot that brought buhari into power. Has he forgotten he joined same failed apc in 2015? This man just dey misyearn anyhow |
Realist12:Rest. Tinubu didn't go to Chatham house without being invited, the same way they invited Peter obi. Obi had been invited long ago but but told them he'd show up when ready |
triple996:I'm from the south west and I will not vote tinubu. My vote goes to obi. Iyęn tunko? You can't speak for the people of South west. Speak for yourself, same way I'm doing. Voting is by choice and not by force |
....and the man they really want to listen to has finally landed. . I trust he won't appoint any of his crews to answer questions for him like Emilokan did. He'd rather lecture them on topical issues ![]() |
Soludo had been jealous of Obi. His body language has shown. He who God has lifted up, nobody can pull down |
Very important but the words coming out from the months of all the contestants can easily tell what their government would be like, should Nigerians vote them. From their deeds, ye shall know them. Vote wisely. |
