He didn't sustain any major injuries. Did you see any blood on his body at the scene? According to a reliable source as of 9am today, no broken ribs no head injuries. Congratulations ! I'd advise you stay on that job for at least , 1yr, even if better prospects rear faces. At times, the experience matters, not just the money. It's the job experience you garnered that will land you a better one elsewhere. These are the things employers look at, on your resume during assessment.
