SA is so beautiful. The colonialists, though mistreated them but, developed the country, making it look like Europe or other western part of the world. Their long stay was to the benefit of the south Africans. |
Presidency should go to the south as agreed upon, during the merger of political parties in 2015. It's only by so doing would we believe buhari can walk his talk |
It's an indisputable fact that dirty politics are alteady at play amongst the APC especially on who becomes the party's flag bearer in the 2023 presidential elections. Buhari isn't interested in handing over power to a southerner, come 2023 and the body language is clear. If you come from the southern part and still praising the president over his refusal to sign the electoral bill into law, you're an enemy of the region. Topmost on the list of Buhari's preferred candidates according to a reliable source is Abubakar Malami. The major opposition of the direct primaries clause is Malami himself who advised buhari against it and its because of his presidential ambition. The Mai Mala Buni being there in that position is a pioitical calculation in favour of malami and this is very glaring. When they doled out billions of naira for school feeding programme and tradermoni against people's wish, it wasn't much and reckless in nature to the apc. When they said they'd share 200bn fuel subsidy among Nigerians as relief on transport, the move which received lots of criticisms from well meaning Nigerians. The apc never said it was too much. How can they claim they spend 150bn naira to subsidise petrol but say they'd spend 200bn subsidy money which was in the excess of 50bn as transport relief, which we know would end up in individual pockets like the school feeding money which was still being disbursed during lockdown when all the beneficiaries, the student were with their parents at home? Then the money wasn't much to the apc. But when it comes to direct primaries, it's was said to be very expensive in nature. I wonder how some Nigerians think at times when they suoport these people. As if that wasn't enough, when they went ahead and borrowed money to finance some projects which people kicked against, being way to much, when compared to same amount spent to finance similar projects elsewhere in the world, they didn't say it was much. When over 2bn usd was announced to be spent on procurement of ammunition from our foreign reserves, with only tucano aircraft to show for it, they never complained that it was too much rather, they told us to bear with them. Buhari would shock many in 2023 when he hands over to malami, his AGF. We shouldn't firget that every member of the apc knows where they belong based on the party formation of 2015. Those who would join buhari in presenting malami are in the ANPP/CPC caucus, who were among those who formed the apc. On this note, I'd not mind doing everything possible in supporting my number one enemy in lagos in person of tinubu or Peter obi or umahi presidential ambition even though umahi would end up being their errand boi, anything that wouldn't make us lose the slot is welcome. To those saying president coming from any region doesn't necessarily favour the region, GEJ and buhari had proved you wrong. Its getting to that point where we must begin to fight for our right else , we'd lose the slot to north west where Malami comes from. On the PDP's side, I don't see the party picking a southern candidate. From a reliable source they're considering either Bukola saraki from north central or Tambuwal and once this works out, the south has lost out gallantly in her presidential bid. PDP or APC may console south with a VP slot, who VP epp? The direct primaries frowned at, was a move to favour malami. Mark today, people. I'm open to criticisms but please be civil. |
But obiano really tried on this. The proposed state owned airport for lekki area, wey dem don det take campaign since 1999 no dey ever start? Even if they can't do the 4th mainland bridge, they should get serious for once by building the airport cos people are suffering in that area much. Many often miss their flight before getting to MM2/MMIA all the way from lekki. Na only noise we dey hear. We have the money |
Philistine:Check my profile. Be honest for once. Read whatever you see and type same here for all to see. Let's see who is telling lies. I'd be your translator if you don't understand. |
Philistine:See this one. We won't explore the ondo and Lagos Oil to the maximum capacity yet and that's where we are wiser than you all. Lagos exploration hasn't even cimmenced yet. Mention any Niger delta state that's more developed than ondo state in spite of the huge allocation at their disposal. I'm waiting. We have the 2nd largest deposit of bitumen in the world, in same ondo state. Google is your friend. Its for the future. If you know, you know. Your post is a clear indication that we're wiser and smarter than you guys. We are talking of first oil discovery but you completely deviated from the fact, only harping on the aftermath of oil discovery in Nigeria. If we could do so much in our region from proceeds from cocoa, had the oil been first discovered in our region, our region wouldn't have taken any of the shiits you guys took, thereby cause your region to be so destroyed, impoverished and the multinationals abandoned cleaning up the region. Truth is bitter, you know and that's what I'd like you to come to terms with. There are oil companies' head quarters in our region and we made them develop and take charge of environmental hazards caused by them. Have you been to Lekki and VI before? Go see them there. They're well behaved and that's what makes the difference between the 2 regions. I remember the day I visited Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital in okolobiri, which looks like a glorified health centre. No meaningful development there. The population of okolobiri isn't up to 30k yet, no single street light there and there's an NLNG facility there flaring gas. No.good hotel, people relied on generator and i asked them why were they so backward, they said their people who collect royalties from the oil companies live in abuja and only give them crumbs. Such nonsense won't happen here. |
TMKsouth:You see. He's like that. I knew it |
Again? |
Simple casket. I wouldn't be surprised if he gave them that instruction before his passing. . No celebrity funeral or lying-in-state would have looked this simple. All na dust property. Live well in fear of God and kindness to humanity. So then, everyone shall give the account of himself to God... |
Liebermantic:Oil wasn't first found in Yorubaland but in oloibiri, an ijaw territory. The oil found in ondo state isn't well explotored yet. E plenti, the one discovered by mobil in lagos too but they're concentrating only in the niger delta and i don't know why. Ijaw people are blessed but their leaders aren't voicing out for their right because they seemed to be comfortable with the crumbs they give them. Late Ken Sara wiwa was left to echo this voice alone by his people and that was why abacha over powered and killed him. So, sad. I met this man once, in ibadan with his pipe in his mouth at odusote book shop ealy 90s. Niger delta ought to be as rich as texas or UAE today but kaikai money they receive don blindfold them |
What of the soot and environmental degradation...who bears the brunt...the north? I wish oil were discovered in Yorubaland. I wish Niger delta were yoeubas...that place for Don turn small dubai by now cos we for no take shiit. I trust my people. |
Every coup is politically motivated |

redstaarx:Mods are using your brain guy. Wise up The same person acting as a girl. The story was put up to draw crowd here. It never existed. Check their profiles. Both monikers were registered today . |
anonymousOG:Same moniker acting male and female. Both minikers used were even registered a few minutes ago ...is this a new way of drawing crowd on NL? Kudos! |
Na dem. Park well. They'd tell you they're happy being single again when they're not. We know them by their WhatsApp status whenever they're alone. The worst that can happen is when a spouse splits because the good moments shared can't be split forever and they always cry each time they remember this. It's easier to split but very difficult to mend it again. It's a scar which can never be removed. It remains. Before you split, think of those good old days and let it overshadow the bad moments which might be the cause of your splitting especially when threats to life isn't involved. There's no perfect marriage, you do your best to make it work. Even siblings disagree at home, how much more 2 people from different homes and backgrounds. If you tell them that divorce was rare to find in the olden days they'd attack you and say it was due to lack of education which made a lot of women accept shiit that Time. They've forgotten what they call shiit which they accepted had kept their homes and the reason this generation existed and became somebody in life. The same shiits often reset their husbands thinking and made them reason well again so much they they both lived till their old age We live in the world of feminism. Anyone who has children in the boarding or good schools can relate here. The lapses are always there because their husbands aren't there. They pretend as if everything is fine whereas, they sleep in tears each night. |
Truthissupreme:You just wasted your time on someone who can't quote just one verse in the bible. You should have ignored Truthissupreme. You're simply ignorant of what you don't know. It's an adage |
helinues:Ignorance is worse than any known plague. Your post is so laughable . O ma she oo. If truly you're a Muslim as some used to tag you each time you hail or defend tinubu, then you're worst than fake because quran also confirms Jesus is coming back same way He ascended to heaven |
Na woman mata full una head for NL. New year is approaching, think differently. How mods always move such stories to FP is baffling. |
FreeStuffsNG:All you typed are freestuffs, according to your moniker. Opinion is free |
Na now e dey wake up? Dem don chop am clean mouth. |
Good, true love still exists. Most women are highly parasitic in nature ![]() |
