I don't think Istrael is interested in pulling down Iran. They've made their points clear enough . They want to eliminate those Islamic terrorises terrorising the region and they've been achieving that with minimal damage, hitting on target.

That said, there's nothing like peace. Both parties should stop the war in the interest of peace cos wherever and whenever 2 elephants fight, the grasses always suffer. The civilians are being killed. It's not good.

If anybody thinks playing politics with insecurity challenges will stop the problem of insecurity in Nigeria they are only deceiving themselves. It will only get worse because opposition politicians in the future have seen a good way to fight the incumbents.

Whether obi, tinubu or atiku lost in the next election, it can never be enough, to measure the colossal loss of lives experienced by the benue people. The onus is on tinubu to prove his mettle as a leader. These are human beings not animals and i'm sure some of them voted him as their hope for curbing insecurity. Stop blaming the opposition for Tinubu's failure. Of course, he has given the opposition the opportunity to talk down his government by acting very slowly and very late. Jonathan made same mistake and the apc used that to campaign against him.

A state of emergency would solve benue and borno problems. Let the rule last at least, 6 months and then hand over power to the governor to continue their governance after restoring peace by flushing out those criminal elements or reducibg them to size but cos of politics, they'd never do that cos human lives don't matter to them.

As a leader,if you cannot provide security to those you're governing,you've failed and you don't expect people to keep quiet cos that's your number one task as president . It's human lives we're talking about, which mean nothing to you and those you're following. If Obi or atiku were the president and this is happening, people would also hit him.

I'd have attacked Idris but he made sense. When the seemingly or supposedly sane human beings are keeping quiet over benue killings due to politics, or for fear of losing their voice, if someone like him should talk, it's welcome. With what has been happening recently across Nigeria, it shows all these politicians don't really care about the masses. Time to flush all of them out, if only we're ready. 2027 is closer than we think. It's never too late to act.

Exactly. Men could live together in any form and environment amicably for decades. Women can't even tolerate one another for a day without fighting. I remember a day my friend and I wanted to see our HOD for our project. We were waiting for him on the corridor at the department. There was this girll too, who was waiting to see him. True but Seyi was still very popular,even at the time when he was losing elections. Elections were massively rigged in favour of ajimobi as orchestrated by Tinubu. After ajimobi's tenure, seyi contested again and oyo people did the needful, even beyond his previous record. Tinubu kept vigil in Ibadan, he deployed his thugs to kidnap seyi overnight, ahead of the inec's declaration. The Ibadan boys got the information much earlier and cordoned off the entry and exit points of the streets leading to Seyi Makinde's residence at orita basorun.

Does human life matter in Nigeria? President hasn't visited till now. Obi was going to one of the IDPs in the state recently but a so-called priest turned politician governor turned him back, playing politics with human life. Shame on him. Ortom wouldn't do that.

She's got to be a foolish one to the core. This was the major quality our mothers possessed which women of nowadays term cowardice. No wonder there's so much divorce these days with single mothers littering everywhere. Go to tiktok and see them in thousands, looking for husbands. I listened to one pastor's live program in which i saw pretty young ladies looking for husbands. When the man asked about their status, they'd say they're divorced with a kid or 2. If they've not tried 2 different marriages, they never now how much they've missed. I wish I was a woman, I'd have organised a seminar on marriages and tolerance. Once they miss that opportunity, they may never be the same again so, why not keep your home in the 1st place? It's not about the money but the bond and the kids involved. Forget what those who have the luck to remarry are saying. Deep down, they don't like it.

Men are born with ego generally. The dumbest man will still exhibit this feature cos it's part of the make-up of a man. Most women nowadays don't want to submit themselves all in the name of exposure,education, sexism, feminism or what have you. Whereas, education isn't only about going to school, earning degrees and getting a good job. Education of the mind is the most important. Our great grand mothers didn't possess western education but this seeming defect didn't affect their intelligence. They were educated in their minds. No wonder they kept their homes , even when their husbands wilfully married more wives, against their wish. Things may have changed due to many factors and we chose to marry just one wife. Instead of leveraging on this, knowing fully well they're the only one, they tend to abuse this and force their men to do the unexpected.

When it comes to the portion that concerns them in the bible, they jettison them. Some men too need to play their roles well at home but women lose more, when they don't give their husbands the respect and care they need. If women leave marriages due to battery or safety concerns, she's not at fault but most marriages crash due to what they term irreconcilable differences. There's nothing like that. Women can make it wotk if they wish. You don't raise shoulders against your husband. He remains your head as God had made it. There's nothing you can do about it. Only wise women build and keep their homes.
