brainpulse:Word of the day. The Europeans and Canadians that trump is hitting hard on foreign economic policies are tesla major users. |
All hall Obi, the true leader Nigeria has been waiting for, since independence. Watch out! |
Orlu13:My thoughts too. His gragra is too much |
Bluebolt:It was a reprisal attack. Russia started it a few days ago. The casualties were much on Ukrainian soil |
Since when? Mtcheew |
Factcheck0001:You and who are igbos? 2023 is gone. Lesson already learned. People trusted inec but they compromised. When your mentor was campaigning, alot gave him a consolation vote, cos he called himself a messiah and they fell for his lies, despite those warning signs. Everyone's eye don clear now, except people like you who don't mind praising his failures on empty stomach |
Guestmale:Once Turji is brought down, the likes of this teen and his followers will either disappear or surrender.Turji is the ring leader. He commands thousands of followers |
mrvitalis:They're unhappy because it's bad news for them. SDP is here to dethrone tinubu cos a merger with the pdp, labour and aggrieved members of the apc will strengthen the SDP |
This one na teen. Get Turji and we'd know you're serious |
Gboom:It's not that bad bro. They say birds of same feather flock together. It all depends on where you go and those you surround yourself with. There are still honest people around. |
Gboom:Not true. |
That's the party that will merge both the pdp and labour. Make una shaa allow obi run and shun bigotry. He will defeat tinubu on the first ballot. Should atiku run, I will jejelly dash tinubu my vote. The north should wait for now. |
Not again 1- terrorism 2- corruption 3- fraud and, 4- drug trafficking |
gabbasin:Before the marketers(their cohort in subsidy scam)they appointed came on board, they already had an agreement in case of price fluctuations. Let's see who pays the difference. |
donself9:...and when the head is bad...complete it yourself |
MadamExcellency:He who brings equity to the table must come with clean hands. Have you heard that before? That's the response to your post. Keep defending nonsense ok? |
These are the calibres of leaders we have at the helms. That's why the nation isn't working. It's so good they're being exposed, from gbajabiamila, to tinubu, to apkabio, etc. No wonder the nation is in this state of comatose. Like I said, when the time is ripe, the masses will set the selves free. They're still blinded by tribalism while their corrupt and criminal leaders keep holding sway. What's happening in the lagos assembly right now is a show of shame. We shall get sense some day. Thank God that Gov Dapo Abiodun who was to be unopposed law maker was picked early enough and extradited to America over millions of dollars fraud. He's have been saying hais and nays in the national assembly today and their usual illiterate supporters should have been raising him for donating bags of rice and 2k to them. |
gabbasin:so, is the situation now the same? Had their plans now been achieved and are the feelings actually accurate? Whenever you think monopoly, you first think NNPCL, not dangote who came on board to break it. The facts are there today. It's a plan to defraud the nation in the name of subsidy payment as usual. Who will now clear those billions of naira losses they recently declared? We shall see. |
Lol. Where are those equating the executive order of trump to the American constitution in terms of the weight it carries? Some people would just be arguing blindly and out of emotional attachments. I remember the day the Chicago police said they'd not comply with Trump's executive order signed to arrest illegal immigrants in their homes and some were busy ranting here like illiterates. The latest is one of such orders upturned by court in recent times. There's true separation of pwers in the American democracy which is the beauty of it, unlike what's obtainable here, in a country that looks like we don't even have a leader where every arm of government is doing as they like. |
Whose fault? When I told you dangote isn't the mopoly that the apc illiterate supporters were ranting about, they didn't believe it. Dangote came to rescue them from the shackes of their slave drivers but they didn't know. Before the August 2024's refining commencement date, dangote said he'd flood the market with his product at a cheaper price and the NNPCL (the real monopoly) kicked, just because they wanted the status quo of subsidy scam to be maintained and codedly. The same NNPCL backed by cabals had refused to allow our refineries to work for decades despite wasting billions of dollars of tax payers money on TAM. Dangote fought them dirty and they said his petrol was adulterated, meanwhile the ones NNPCL imported from Malta blending facility owned by mr man was found to be impure. From there they hijacked the downstream operations and dictated the selling price to marketers and the excess goes to their pocket and he accepted. Dangote only kicked when the NNPCL said they'd still appoint 3 marketers to complement dangote's local supply because he's unable to meet up. Dangote came out with figures, that he could even exceed local supppy, now went to court to obtain a court order against NNPCL moves, which he later withdrew as advised by his associates but NNPCL went ahead as planned. Dangote had slashed price twice and now, the marketers appointed to import are crying over billions of naira losses. We knew their games from the start but these illiterate guys didn't. The question is, who will now take care of the billions they lost? The phc refinery is nothing but a blending facility and I remember yelling this on nairaland before kyari now said there's nothing wrong in blending. Nigeria will gain true independence any day we nip tribalism in the bud. We're not ready yet. Sadly, the masses keep being shortchanged, the same people who are supporting these scammers called leaders. |
oyeb15:I'm telling you. Na the people voting these moronz in the state I blame |
Stop all these fake promises and media stunts. Tar the federal roads leading to your state which has now become a death trap first. You belong to the ruling party so, use your influence. Ask fayose how he did it in his term when the state enjoyed federal roads despite being in the opposition. You'd be reimbursed for whatever state's funds used to do this job and genuinely. But we know you'd not go there. Maybe you to want to build a private university in Ghana like your predecessor had done whipe the suffering masses' plight rages on. God is watching all of you guys. |
They wanted the subsidy scam to continue but God don kash them. They're already declaring billions of naira losses, wondering who would clear that mess for them. You can't be president and be a businessman same time, impossible. There would be distractions and pecuniary interest which is now happening. Nigerians don't protest genuinely. The Malta blending facility ought to have been protested against, likewise importation of petrol. But tribal bigotry is still holding sway, which is the menace we're yet to come to terms with. They kept saying dangote was a monopoly when they knew who the actual monopoly was. He slashed the price of petrol twice and NNPCL followed suit. Now, they're declaring losses. Only in Nigeria will this nonsense happen and everyone will be looking like dundie, including the suffering masses who are at the receiving end and the so called civil rights activists who wouldn't hesitate to hit the streets in protest against bad governance back in the days, just because tinubu, their loyalist is in power. We go get sense someday |
We knew he was lying. It's easy to tell lies about the dead. He wouldn't have told such lies , had abacha been alive till today. Obasanjo told IBB to annul June 12 election, not abacha. Obj said he'd mess with our economy due to his lavish lifestyle and sheer indiscipline with lust for women. MKO would have become president eventually. There was this news of him parading harlots in a hotel in the USA with pictures of him rattling the usa and global media. They saw it back home and that changed his journey of becoming the president. Those harlots were seen lurking around him and wrapping their hands around his necks in a sultry appearance. IBB is a coward. |
If you dare come out again, I'll vote tinubu. Useless old man. Why not consider Obi for God's sake...na by force? |
May we live to witness our happy days , amen! |
temitope27:Moreover, it's allowed in the military back then to reduce age when being enlisted, according to him. Buhari too attested to this cos he's also older than his current age by 2 to 3yrs |
Each time I refer to prof soyinka's past comment calling obasanjo an egbon, some illiterates will be taking a swipe at me. Thanks sen amosun for letting them know this. |
omoredia:Sure. The menace shetima created rages on |
If you love yourself, don't go to the north by road. If you must travel by air, limit your movement within public places. Not every kidnap makes headlines anymore. The menace rages on. It's as if we don't have a leader. Smh! |
Benson Imie, former Chairman of Andoni Local Government Area, announced this on behalf of the 23 affected LG Chairmen during a press briefing in Port-Harcourt on Tuesday. Afresh political crisis is brewing in Rivers State after the former Local Government (LG) Chairpersons, who were elected in 2015 but sacked by then-Governor Nyesom Wike, have declared their intention to reclaim their positions following a recent court ruling. Benson Imie, former Chairman of Andoni Local Government Area, announced this on behalf of the 23 affected LG Chairmen during a press briefing in Port-Harcourt on Tuesday. He recalled that they were elected on May 23, 2015, in an election conducted by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) during the final days of former Governor Rotimi Amaechi’s administration. However, Wike dismissed them upon assuming office, and a Federal High Court ruling on July 9, 2015, nullified the election. L According to Imie, an Appeal Court in Port Harcourt overturned this decision on February 28, 2025, ruling that the 2015 elections were valid. He cited the case CA/PH/172/2024 (Hon. Augustine P. Ngo & 22 Ors v. Peoples Democratic Party & Ors), stating that the Federal High Court’s earlier judgment was set aside due to a breach of the appellants’ right to fair hearing. “The Appeal Court ruled that our election was without legal encumbrances,” Imie said. Adding to the controversy, he argued that last Friday’s Supreme Court ruling, which sacked the LG Chairmen elected in the controversial October 5, 2024 elections, reinforces their claim as the rightful officeholders. Reginald Ukwuoma, former Chairman of Etche LGA, asserted that they do not require a fresh swearing-in ceremony, as they had already taken their oaths in 2015. “We will wait to receive the Certified True Copies of the Appeal Court and Supreme Court judgments, then decide when to resume office,” Ukwuoma added. https://saharareporters.com/2025/03/05/fresh-crisis-engulfs-rivers-state-council-chairmen-sacked-ex-governor-wike-2015-vow |
Kewtt:The moment they've been waiting for is finally here, (which is the SP judgement) before acting. They couldn't do anything when the case was still in court. You don't have to sound absurd or insulting when commenting. Nobody is an island of knowledge and that's my problem with you guys. Comment intelligently and in civility. Nobody is dragging anything with anybody here, neither is anyone dragging your bread with you. |
