What stopped the consular from saying: I sent mr.... Who is igbo and also a catholic. He met mr....who is the head of the family and expressed the consulate condolence. He signed the condolence register provided. Do you this there will b any uproar? I really doubt. It means he gets feedback from his subordinates and he's competent.

By the way, I don't agree he should be recalled but he owes the family an apology and should be reprimanded by his superiors.
