Medicals passed--September 22

We sent emails ahhh, we sent emails, just seeing November applicants, only yesterday I fired Nairobi 75 emails.
This morning i started again and lo and behold

Correspondence letter--November 30th
PPr--November 30th

We are a family of 4, so SOWP for my hubby and Study permit for my 2 kids.

Upfront medical = 19 July 2022

Application submitted = 04 August 2022

Biometric = 04 August 2022 and updated same day immidietly

Program deferred = 13 September 2022

IRCC notified of program deferred and complained about medical not updated = 14 September 2022

Request from IRCC to send e-medical form = 14 September 2022

Medical passed = 14 September 2022 (This shows they can process an application within a day but just doing what suits them).

Since then, nothing again after several emails and webforms sending.

But these people are very callous Sha.

Anyway, I've started working on the UK against January 2022 to University of Wolverhampton and I applied without paying a dime. I can't let a time waster come and joke with my japa ambition.

Omoh I got home and decided to check my mail, saw a message from IRCC, my heart started pounding, I just said let d will of God be done, to my greatest surprise logged in and boom it was a PPR.

I tap into this testimony!!!! I will be applying for the 3rd time this December. the first application was refused due to purpose of visit which I tackled and the second was refused due to assets and finance.

Please if I make the money in my account up to 5m for one person, will be okay. I already paid one year tuition and my elder brother who is a UK-based pharmacist is my sponsor.

Most of the mp don't give assistant I contact Waterloo he said he can't assist me since I'm not in Canada.
Hi Chief, please contact an MP in your province or more specifically- the one in your city.

There are theories that MP inquiries trigger an action on an application.

It's PPR for my brother. I'm so happy.

Second time applicant; Conestoga College
1st application was done through an agent. He Got a rejection due to financial reasons. We ordered his GCSMS and the Visa officer claimed he didn't have enough proof of relationship with his sponsor (Sister). Hence, he wasn't sure he will be able to afford it financially.
He had to defer his admission to January 2023 and re-applied again. All thanks to @scott99tish for his advice.

What we did different to address the visa officers concerns (proof of relationship with sponsor);

I opened a canadian GIC account and Submitted the GIC certificate

I Wrote a strong SOP and LOE explaining that sponsor is my blood sister

How long does the review of eligibility requirements take? Mine has been running since October 18, 2022. Seen 3 ghost updates last week, but no show since then. My application was submitted on August 3, 2022.

Congrats but please call the nbcc and beg them to reinstate your admission , send series of emotionally emails to pacify dem .. it’s easier for u to travel with that visa (cos it’s 95% granted) if u use nbcc loa dan any oda loa … another loa means another study permit process , u will have to declare to ircc and a new process will begin as to that effect
And pls can u tell us when ur app was submitted

Passing the medicals is an essential part of the whole thing but it doesn't guarantee the success of the visa since it is an upfront medical and not a medical request because they will review other docs as well. Since you submitted just a month ago, you should look forward to getting a positive response from them in a month, two months, three months or more - because it takes two months and above before they finalize most applications.
