I'm team Nov but eh my tire is tire ohhh, baby just balance inside without showing any sign of wanting to come out. Hosppital gave me Edd Nov 2 and 6, please any healthy way to induce labour naturally?

Well, I ate a lot of dates (6 per day) from 37 weeks, ate pineapple from 37 weeks as well. I also did one vigorous baby mama dance for 30 mins on the afternoon before I entered labour the following morning. My water broke naturally and on getting to hospital, I was already almost 6cm dilated.
Dont also forget the God factor. Baby will come on God's perfect day.

der is not much u can use cs d baby is still very much too young to use cough n catarrh medicatn, like d doctor said... Let D cough n catarrh run its course... If d catarrh is blockin his nose... Use ori to rub d top n bridge of its nose (plus dont put inside his nose) it wrks lik magic... Cover ur baby very well, only bath 4 him once in a day n dont expose him too much breeze... Babies dont know heat when they are just baby... Rap in very well wit shawl... N his bathin water shld b warm n not cold or hot... Not everything is taking medication... Get practical to reduce d cough n catarrh symptoms

Seen the doctor and done all they advised (given some drugs but told it ll run its course) but looking for any safe remedy that can make baby more comfortable .

I was told that gripe water is no longer being used. My baby is 2 weeks old and always twisting, turning like he has stomach discomfort/gas after sucking. I burp him regularly but still....

Thankful to God for this pregnancy. Totally unplanned and was very shocking to us. I have 2 girls and living in a foreign country with little or no help, i was fine with them girls, but God had other plans for us.

Let me Jumpstart, i really wanted to give birth on Saturday, so we could have ppl home to help us with the girls and hubby can have time to stay with me in the hospital and as well be with the girls, so i just kept telling people that it was either the 27th Aug or 4th sept. Well 27th came and passed nothing, by friday 3rd, i danced, walked, paced for 1 hour, Climbed the stairs counting my steps more than 200. Laid hands on my tummy asking God to send labour my way and also speaking to my baby that i was ready to carry him on my hands.

Hubby and i did the do and then i went to bed around 11.30 pm. By 1.30 am i had gone to pee twice, the third pee time came with cramps on my waist, i quickly checked the time 1.34 am so i can track and know when to go to the hospital.
I had plans of doing my make up once labour starts so i can take fine pictures lol. So i quickly fixed my brow and from then non stop the pain became so intense and i felt like i wanted to poop. I told hubby the pain was unbearable, he just asked us to go to the hospital, we dropped our girls off and headed for the hospital that was 30 mins drive away.

Goodness God i started to feel the urge to push right from the car we were still 20 mins away from the hospital, i mustered all the prayers i could, closed my legs and kept telling hubby the baby was coming, he needs to park so we call emergency service, he kept driving, it was a terrific one.

To cut my story short, we got to the emergency centre, parked behind their trucks, hubby was trying to carry me as fast as possible so they spotted us and walked towards us to help hubby carry me, immediately two ppl attempted to carry me each on one side, my water broke, they looked down and there was the baby's head, hubby said they grabed the bed from the truck, b4 you say jack, baby slipped out without any tears, i didn't push. I had my baby outside, just by the emerg truck lol. He just couldn't wait anymore.

I am the most grateful to God we arrived the emerg just that second/minute. The total labour to delivery was 1 hour, and we drove 30 minutes out of this 1 hour.

1st labour pain 1.34am baby was born 2.37am weighing 7.2 lbs.

May God make it easy for the remaining mothers and bless all awaiting mums fruit of the womb.

If you are going to international airport, let the bus from Enugu stop you at Ikeja or Oshodi (depending on their route).
From there, book Uber/bolt (download the app and you can pay cash at arrival) or if you dont have money, enter normal bus (from Oshodi-Narco, then Narco-International airport) OR Ikeja-International airport bus/taxi.

When going to elegushi, you can also book uber/bolt.
But if cash strapped, enter bus to Obalende/Cms and then to lekki.

Always ask questions if you are confused about which bus to take.(ask about 3 decent persons oo cos this is lagos).

To God be the glory i delivered my charming prince yesterday at exactly 37weeks according to my LMP.
Weight : 3.1kg
Via an emergency CS, when I noticed reduced change in his movement which I did scan and doctor said umbilical cord was rounding his neck..
Baby is doing very fine, dad and big-bro are happy and mum is fine as well.

Persil Non Bio. Its best to go for the biggest size, 130 washes. A bit pricey buying it the first time but it lasts like kilode so if you check how long you'll use it, then you'll see that it's worth it in the long run.

Other options but I think more expensive than Persil is Dreft and Ivory.



But if you can't afford Persil, then buy Sunlight or any detergent you can afford, but make sure you rinse baby clothes thoroughly. You actually should no matter the detergent but more if using a general detergent.

I used just little sunlight the other time and used a softener for rinsing for the nice smell, I forgot the name of the softener but it’s quite common

Actual Date of Birth: 10th July
EDD: 9th August
Gender: XY and XY same as seen on scan
Weight: They weighed less than the estimated scan weight but their weight was still great.
Birth time: Born 2minutes apart via a Vertical cut CS due to high risk factors
PCV Before and After: 35% and 25%. No blood transfusion was needed Pre and Post delivery. Iron tablets was part of my Post delivery drugs though.

Birth Story
Prepped for CS in the morning, prayed with my husband and was wheeled into the Theatre. I was given a Spinal Anaesthesia and the Team of Doctors including a Paediatrician started the procedure. In no time I heard the cry of the first twin and just burst out into tears and praises to God. 2nd Twin was born 2minutes afterwards, they were cleaned up and brought to my head side for cuddling and pictures while the Drs continued stitiching me up.

After a while I asked if my husband has seen the babies, they said no, that I had to see the babies first and give the consent for them to be taken out out of the theatre since they're healthy and had no need to be taken out. I asked for them to be taken to my husband in my room cos I know he'd be anxious and waiting. My husband cried tears of joy holding them.

Everything went well, by evening I passed gas so next day ie 24hrs later I was allowed Water, then followed by Lipton tea and Pap. By 3rd day I could eat anything I wanted, so I ate Amala and Ewedu as my main meal for the day. I wasn't allowed to go home because I was yet to stool. I didnt know stooling was part of the discharge deal. So by next morning, I took stooling seriously, I ate Vegetable soup with Semo, drank plenty water and stooled plenty; I was set to go home after that but was told to wait till next morning.

So I gave birth on Saturday and left the hospital Wednesday morning.

My Miracle Boys are doing great. I give God all the glory forever for all he has done, for all he does and for all he will ever do.

My doc gave it to me today as part of my anti malaria medications, i don't know why i am skeptical on taking it.I even tried to Google it to know how safe it is in pregnancy but i am not satisfied with the answers i got.

That's fansidar ( sulfadoxine and pyrimethamine) na. I think its given to every pregnant woman as part of malaria prevention
