Well, not everyone trades with verified merchants. Few times i have traded with some verified merchants they made me wait for over 20 mins before paying.
Once i see you have a good number of trades with 90% + completion rate, i trade.

You obviously haven't traded on Binance before and/ lately. There's what they call floating ads. When any Marchant or trader activates that option, it changes the price of the ad in-between trades.
Many scammers are using that to exploit people on Binance.

I think it's quite good. Most of the courses offered by IBM are decent or better. I took the IBM data science certification. If you have no prior knowledge of programming then it might be helpful to do some further reading when you get to the python course
