My sister had a 4.6kg baby last year...yes you saw that right, 4.6kg by VD no tears at all. I think it all depends on the expertise of the doctors (in her case, midwives).

I quite agree with you on the expertise thingy. My neighbor had a 4.5kg baby last week without a tear. She said d first midwife she met told her they must give her a tear as her baby was big, luckily for her, she didn't dilate till that midwife closed from duty. The second midwife just use hand around her veejay wen baby's head showed up and that was how baby flew out after 3 pushes.

It's a girl..
Started having sudden strong contractions by 9pm last night..7mins apart..
Got to the hospital by 11pm..was 2cm dilated..
Was checked by 12am..was 7cm dilated..
By 12.30am, the baby's head was crowning
And by 12.35am, my little angel came out screaming and hungry..

Wen some mamas were talking here abt gas as gift, I never d price of gas has been inflated o. I was surprised today wen d seller told its now 3500#...he sha collect 3200# at last. d last time I refill, it was 2700...I wan even turn back self cos dat 500 come be like 5000 for my body.
