I would give him about 5 to 10 ml of water between his formula. Though some people are advocates of no water at all for babies. Bur I feel because of the formula it's better to support with some water to prevent constipation.

Does the formula fill him up per meal? Then there's no immediate pressure to increase the quantity per feed. For now at least.

Don't pressure yourself as per bm. After he's formula fed you can offer the bobby to stimulate production but at least you're sure he's well fed already.

Remember a balanced diet and some rest also helps with bresst milk production. Take it easy please.it gets easier as time goes on.

Ps: my bm refused to come out. I've used breast pump, I've drank all d pap and tea in benin, yet, all I get is few drops of bm.

Thanks for checking up on me sweetie, it hasn't been well at all. I had episiotomy and it broke down. I didn't know, I have been in severe pains.
I can't sit, sleep, walk, eat, carry my ds, I've lost weight. The pain is from hell mehn!
I've gone back to see d gynae, he had to remove d stitches. The wound is so wide and deep. I'm doing sitz bath with warm water and salt. Dh said d wound is healing. I'm supposed to be going for dressing every 2 days but no one to leave my baby for. Dh can't handle him and mum goes to work.

It's well. As other mamas have suggested, stay away from salt. Eat sweet potatoes, beans, banana, orange juice (natural), low fat milk..... they are potassium rich foods and can help lower bp. u can do light exercise too. Above all, stay happy!

Mehn! The discomfort is outta the world. You re not alone teamie, to stand up from the bed, I'd just roll from side to side. Sometimes, dh has to carry me up when he's around. Contractions are frequent too; it was so intense today that I felt labour has started but it stopped after an hour. Guess it was the peppersoup I drank.

Hello mama, I don't think drugs increase pcv. Why not try n increase your vegetable intake
E.g pumpkin leaves, green leaves(efor), water leaves etc. If u can include it in ur meals on a daily basis. Make sure u don't cook the veggies for more than 3-5mins. Add plenty crayfish.
Include fish, meat or eggs in your daily meal.
U can drink the pumpkin leaves (ugu)water.
