mamas ,i just did the scan now,things changed, baby lie is no longer cephalic but transverse now,,, placenta is no longer posterior but anterior now. i am so tired of the whole thing. how can baby change position at this critical time.the fibroid is now occupying position of where baby's head suppose to be. anyways let the will of God be done.

morning lovely mums, pls help torchlight this matter, I av been taking yoghurt and one of my colleague at work saw me and said its not good to take the yoghurt if am not sure its pasteurized, and truly when I checked the pack its not written if its pasteurized or not., Dh bought 2litres of the yoghurt, so I m thinking of throwing the remaining away?, as I also read on Google that unpasteurised yoghurt is not good in pregnancy,. But I m scared of the ones I av been taking before yesterday, its a particular brand I always buy from shop rite.

I'm of the opinion unpasteurised yogurt can't be in the market.
In yogurt making, the raw milk must be given heat treatment to reduce the bacteria that will interfere with the fermentation process, prolong shelf life and also to release the compound in milk that will stimulate the growth of starter cultures.
Unpasteurised milk can't be used for yogurt and if used, the yogurt can't be stored for up to 3 weeks and the taste will be greatly affected.

In Benin, it's the woman's mother or aunty sef. The man's mum can do it too depending on how free you are with her or if your mum isn't available.

But taaaaaa, augumentin in pregnancy in malaria case? Do you have infection? How far are you gone? I used this drug when I had a miscarriage and failed to come out, I used it to bring out the dead foetus of about 12 weeks. I used it and in three hours the blood that refused to come came. Dr asked me to use it for seven days and come back for scan. it cleared it all.

Pls, I was also told its one of the strongest anti biotics. Stay aways from it if you ask me.

Thanks sis, but the augumentine is for the cough. I took it last month too when I had protein in my urine, heard it's safe in pregnancy.

@esof1, loratidine and Augmentin is because of the catarrh and cough.
Most of us have malaria parasite plus one. I guess ur doctor is just being careful dats y he's treating for malaria (camoquine).
U didn't state ur trimester. If u r past first trimester, it's safe to take these drugs. No fear for deformity. Lol.

I've been down with serious headache, cattarh and cough for 5 days now, I went to the hospital yesterday and was told I have malaria one plus, tho I took fansidar last week. I'm being placed loratidine,comoquine, augumentine for 7 days ( I took augumentine last month too) and arthemeter injection for 3 days. Abeg I dey fear these drugs o. Aren't they too much for the baby? I no wan born deformed baby oh.
