KarlTom:CHAMPION. Is it 6 kobo or 60 kobo? The Notification and the Financial Statement are conflicting themselves. |

Thomthom:Just imagine. Very soon, people will understand. |
Anenehi:Life happens. Every man who is married today, once talked to a lady. Every lady who is married today, was once talked to by a man. It is natural. |
Melonsmasher:It is the truth. Look very closely at the pattern. If you are wise, you will know. |

Uchesis:Get lost. Is she a virgin, an angel, or a saint? Even whores will scream Sexual Harassment just to pull down a man that they hate. You tell us those you did not allow to sleep with you. Why not also tell us all those that you allowed to sleep with you? I am not supporting Akpabio, but just stating that all these allegations of sexual harassment are mere drama. I hate dramas. |
Now that she is a single mother, she is now sleeping with other ladies husbands. |

OPAY WITHHOLDS IBADAN WOMAN’S N90,000 ERRONEOUS TRANSFER DESPITE 2-MONTH-OLD COURT ORDER Bolanle Idowu, a woman residing in Ibadan, has accused mobile money firm OPay of refusing to refund N90,000 she erroneously transferred to a customer’s account, despite a court ordering a refund. The Ibadan resident told FIJ that she obtained a court order after OPay requested it when she visited their office in December to inform them of what her bank had done. Idowu said her back-and-forth with OPay started on November 30, after she mistakenly transferred N90,000 to a filling station attendant in Ibadan. Immediately after realising she had sent the money to the wrong account, Idowu called an OPay customer care representative to report the issue, but they referred her to Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank), her bank. “OPay said they would hold on to my money until Monday (December 2). So, I went to my bank, and they sent OPay an email. The following day, I heard nothing, even though OPay received the email and acknowledged it,” Idowu told FIJ. She said she went to Ring Road in Ibadan to request her money after GTBank’s email, but a staff member she met there said OPay would not reverse the funds without a court order. “I didn’t argue but contacted a lawyer in Ibadan, who prepared documents for me to sign. They filed my case and told me to appear in court on December 19. The judge approved my court order that day. The following Monday, December 23, I took the court order to OPay’s office,” she said. “OPay acknowledged it, but despite the court order, they are still holding on to my money. The lawyer wants us to initiate legal action against them, but I can’t. I only need my money back.” FIJ emailed OPay on Thursday for comments regarding Idowu’s refund, but the bank had not responded at the time of reporting. https://fij.ng/article/opay-holds-ibadan-womans-n90000-erroneous-tranfer-despite-court-order/ |
LAGOS MAN PAID NIS N5,000 FOR PASSPORT DELIVERY. THEY REFUSED TO DELIVER OR REFUND Tolulope Komolafe, a Lagos State resident, has told FIJ he paid N5,000 to the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) to have his passport delivered to him, but the government agency told him they could not do so. Komolafe said he visited the NIS office in the Ikorodu area of Lagos on January 28 to capture and renew his passport. Meanwhile, he accessed the online platform six days earlier. On the platform, he selected the home delivery option and made a total payment of N57,000. Hoping he would receive his new document in a few days, he waited. When this document did not show up, he contacted the NIS customer care line. Komolafe told FIJ that when an agent replied, they told him the NIS could not deliver his passport and could not refund him. He said, “I applied for my passport renewal in January and made payment for the delivery option of an extra N5,000, only for the NIS staff to tell me to go pick it up myself at the Ikorodu office. “This method of collecting N5,000 and not delivering is fraudulent.” According to Section 130 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (2018), a consumer has a right to timely performance and completion of services provided by a vendor, and where this fails, a right to a reasonable refund of the price paid having regard to the extent of the failure. Failure to provide this refund contravenes this section and constitutes a breach of contract. On Sunday, FIJ called Alao Babatunde, the Chief Press Secretary to Interior Minister Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo. FIJ also sent him the receipt of payment, and he promised to look into it. https://fij.ng/article/lagos-man-paid-nis-n5000-for-passport-delivery-they-refused-to-deliver-or-refund/ |
"A woman’s true nature isn’t revealed in love, but in hardship. When the money flows, she adores you; when it dries up, so does her affection. Most women are only as loyal as their benefits. Lose your job, go broke, or suffer loss, and watch how fast her ‘forever’ turns into ‘farewell.’ Men, don’t be fooled—what you think is love is often just comfort disguised. Protect your finances, your assets, and your future, even from the one who swears she’d never leave. Because for many, love isn’t about the man—it’s about the lifestyle." —Nollywood veteran Actor, Jim Iyke |

collins2good:so just two different people with the same name? Emmanuel Uduaghan? |
This is extreme wickedness. But I love it. The announcement was made long ago. No protests. No complaints. We all relaxed. That shows we are ok with it. So no need to complain now. |
SAMBARRY:Nothing like sexual pervert. Just someone fed up with all these bullshit allegations and accusations of sexual harassment. |
