The parents, while still struggling with their lives and struggling to raise one child, and hoping for a miracle, get pregnant for the second, third, fourth and even fifth time.
Children grow in the midst of children whose parents cannot afford basic luxuries or even 3 square meals.
All of them grow up settling for less. They grow up seeing lack and want as a norm. They grow up seeing the basic needs of life as luxury. They grow up hating people who utilize the basic needs of life and see them as being extravagant and show offs.
As the years go by, the parents realized they are getting old and weary, wealth still didn't come, children are still trying to manage to make their lives work with the little available to them that is barely enough, parents hands off and retire, then look up to the children who are barely trying to figure out their lives too to start taking care of them cos after all, they brought them into this world and suffered for them... while pushing them to also get married and have their own children.
Economy changes, inflation hits...
The children equally get married to fellow struggling and broke partners and the cycle continues.
GENERATIONAL POVERTY CHAIN!
When such issues are raised in future, such parents and children of such parents would rather argue it till forever and cloud their heads with sentiments than learn the way out of this GENERATIONAL POVERTY CHAIN for the sake of their children. How can they learn? when there's always someone or something to be blamed for their wrong choices.
Either they blame it on destiny, or they blame it on the president. Whichever one it is, it is never their fault.

If Men become wealthier and more educated in any society than the Women, that society will witness more marriages and ideal romantic relationships because men are very willing to "marry down".
Most Men are fine with marrying women that are way less than them in finances, education, social status, etc. They are happy to provide for women if they have the means to.
If Women becomes wealthier and educated than the Men in any society, that society is heading fast into chaos and extinction because most women will rather die lonely and childless than "settle" for a "lesser man".
This is due to the hypergamous nature of women to only date and marry men that are only above them in finances, knowledge, and social status.
Being a woman myself; I support female education and economic empowerment with my full chest but I support it for males much more. Men are much more accommodating of a "lesser partner" than women can ever be.
The family unite can cease to exist completely in a society that offers women financial and social empowerment than men. Those empowered women will often prefer to live the rest of their lives with cats and dogs than with husbands that are "less empowered".
We must start investing massively in "male empowerment programs" and "male child education programs" because the balance and continuity of the family unit and consequently of the entire society depends greatly on the superiority of good Men.
