homesteady: You made some good points! They don't just value education! Especially the poor ones and the uneducated rich ones!It not their fault, every tribe in Nigeria at one time had the same problem. All that is needed is for their leaders to find a way to motivate them to value Education, but this is not the case, they would rather prefer to encourage their ignorance and apathy towards education while at same time send their own children to get their best education to continue the dorminace |
Nice points but in Naija there are other that can give automatic acceptance by ladies like, being the son of a president, minister, a top top rated artist, bizness mugol, cars etc. |

In addition, also mind the way you dress too. Call some fellow Christians for a group prayer in your flat. Physical confrontation might not be the best strategy here as he has not committed anything physical against you neither has he threaten you. If you hold on strongly to yuour faith particularly in practice, he may back down without any physical confrontation except you have plans to move soon. |
business-email-etiquetteWhether you’re creating a newsletter, a marketing campaign or sending out reminders to your subscribers about purchases or other information it can sometimes be easy to forget that there’s a real human being on the other end receiving your message. Etiquette isn’t just about being polite, it’s about making a better connection. 1. Be brief, but not short. cheap-fast-bulk-sms-marketingBesides the fact that most people are incredibly busy, human nature seems to dictate that we don’t always have a lot of patience. So, this means that your main messages should be to the point, near the top of your newsletter, but still written in a friendly manner. 2. Pay attention to formatting and CAPITAL LETTERS We all know that ALL CAPS means you’re shouting in the digital world so use sparingly or not at all. Furthermore, though email is more informal, proper punctuation is more important than ever because it will help ensure that your message is received correctly, a missed comma or semi-colon can change the emphasis or make a message confusing. 3. Use your subject line Not only is the subject line a way to get your email opened, it’s also a way to let your reader know what to expect. Be creative and specific, your subscribers will thank you and it will help keep you out of the spam/junk folder. Make sure they can unsubscribe Your hard work is wasted if you’re sending to someone who doesn’t want your mail. Along with proper list management, you need to make sure that you have a clear option for customers to unsubscribe. This option helps keep your sending reputation positive and helps you keep your list relevant and recent... Read more http://bssmobile.com/social-media-marketing-trends-that-will-dominate-2014/

With new social networking platforms appearing from behind every corner, it can be hard to know exactly where to commit your time and resources. And as we move into the latter-half of 2013, it’s important to look ahead to where social networking is going, and how we can get on board. As I think about the trends in social media so far this year, I’ve compiled a list of my predictions as to where we’re headed as we inch towards 2014. 1. Investment in Social Media Will Become a Necessity, Not a Luxury While I’d argue that investing time and resources into a social media strategy is most definitely a necessity in 2013, I believe the tipping point in public sentiment from ‘should have’ to ‘must have’ will occur in 2014. Businesses are already coming to terms with the need to integrate their social media efforts with their content strategy, and are seeing the impact of social media in terms of lead generation, referral traffic, and revenue. As businesses see these very real and measurable benefits, I believe we’ll see a move away from assigning social media tasks to existing employees, and see even more companies hiring social media strategists or full-time social media managers. The benefits of social media are many, but they include: Improved social signals (which are a factor in the search ranking algorithm). Company branding Improved brand awareness Word-of-mouth advertising Increased customer loyalty and trust Improved audience reach and influence Social media is also one of the three pillars of SEO. If you have been following Nigeria Politics you will understand that what works is the " Politics of Inclusiveness'' . This is why I strongly believe that the APC team are not doing badly at all. It is call a hand shake across political divide |
Congratulations to you fynestboi. You are now a confirmed star, keep shining. By the way, what does it require to become a moderate? |
Be honest with yourself and ask yourself if you’ve been avoiding the very action step that could make all the difference in your business. In today’s new market especially, if you don’t prospect you may miss out on a sudden surge business that has just come up. When you call a client, you are calling to see if they may need some help from you. For example if you call someone in the category of for sale by owners, then you’re asking them if they might be able to use your services. The chances are very high that they can use your services. They didn’t realize when they got into selling their home by themselves that it would be such a hassle. Usually they don’t succeed and often they will hire you when you contact them with the right approach the right tone in your voice. Most of you are suffering from old, subconscious self-limiting beliefs that you may not even be aware of, that stop you from picking up the phone. Most real estate agents consciously or subconsciously are carrying this belief: “If I call people, I’m bothering them”. However, fear of rejection is subjective and how you define it. If you look at it objectively, you will see that there really is no such thing as rejection when you are prospecting for leads. Why? Because you are looking for someone who matches the services you offer. You have an expertise in helping people to buy and sell homes. You can be proud of that expertise. When you do lead generation, you’re exploring to see if you can find a match for someone who’s looking for your expertise. If someone is interested in your services, you found a match. If they are not interested in your services, they are not rejecting you. It simply is not a match. Thank them and move on to the next. So instead of thinking with your old belief, you can easily cultivate a new belief: “I easily attract people who match the services I offer.” Another self-limiting belief is this: “If I call people, I won’t know what to say.” There is no shortage of places to go where you can find very good prospecting scripts. You can Google on real estate prospecting scripts, you can find real estate teachers who specialize in prospecting and go to their websites, and you can read books on lead generation. You can also be creative and make up your own scripts. But the script is only the lead in. Once you have the person’s attention, you should be working on connecting with the person you’re talking to. Convey to your prospective client through the tone of your voice that you are here to be of service and you care. Have you heard the expression, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”? Express your caring with your warmth and through being in alignment with the intention of your heart, which is to be of service and help people. If you are in alignment with your purpose, this will be reflected in your voice. Your voice won’t sound abrasive, it will sound invitational. It will have a lilt. People will be attracted to your voice and your energy, no matter which exact words you use. The truth is you have a valuable service to offer. When you call people you are calling to see if you can be of service. You’re calling from your heart to see if you might be able to help them. When you come from an attitude of contribution, people will pick up on that and will be very receptive to you.You will also begin to understand that there is no such thing as rejection. There is either a “match or not match”. If it’s not a match, you’re not being rejected, the person simply does not need your service at this time, so you move on. Wake up in the morning with the thought, “Who can I help today”? http://brokersmingle.com/real-estate-marketing-strategies-secrets-to-successful-prospecting/ |
