I may just go for Haier Thermocool again (currently use the 100L and it is serving me well). I just wanted to try the Hisense side by side referigerator coz the prices looks good.

We've been using ours for over 3 years.
It cools fast and defrost with over 24 hours of power absence.
I use inverter with the freezer which is Hisense although rarely but no issues till date.

There are companies who only employ people from the top 5 private Uni and the top 10 federal ones. I witnessed an executive of a big multinational company justifying it.

I used to feel that those organizations were discriminating but they may be right even if I wasn't privileged to attend any of those universities.
I issued a query to a team member recently and she couldn't write her response in proper tenses in a mail.
I told her to rewrite again like a graduate but still the same result.
Eventually she submitted her appraisal form and I saw the institution she finished from and I wasn't surprised.

It's going to be a tough one especially on the baby but I will advise you go ahead especially if the offer is hard to come by . My sister had to put her baby in crèche at 2 month , it was her 2nd baby . I also know a friend's sister who never breastfeed her twins ( got pregnant as a banker without the consent of the management) , it wasn't a good one but the twins are in the university now .You just need to sacrifice a lot for this to work .

I applied for an experienced role that involves training that spans more than 12 months in a reputable organization.
I have been successful and awaiting the final meeting with the execs. I am preggo and found out they don't accept them due to 3 months maternity leave.... I want to make a case to be considered but at the expense of forfeiting 3 months leave as I want to ask that 1 month to recuperate is enough as I'm no FTM.
I want to make the case during the meeting with the exec and not wait to be dropped after medicals before making my plea.
What do you guys advise?

On the 4th of June,I went to get barbeque fish for my kids from my barbeque plug.

Then on the 6 of June....I had wanted transferring funds to someone with my mobile app,and I mistakenly transferred money to him since he's in the list of my beneficiaries.

I called him and explained everything to him,I even went to his stand and showed him screenshots as evidence of payment....since that day till today this humaniod has refused refunding my money.

Good evening Ma, please visit your bank to complain of erroneous transfer and if it's same bank, they can help you call the customer to convince the person to refund the money.
