When I mentioned Agbara I was referring to constant light only not the house rent.

Morogbo (Lagos side) Jida (inside Agbara market) Agbara estate, Opic Estate / Diya GATE, ilutuntun, one community opposite Opic, they have good light.

But seems rent is higher in these places because of the companies in the industrial estate. Jida might be cheaper sha, it has some agboile parts

Has anyone tried paying the Prospectus fee again to the new Stanbic IBTC bank account (despite paying to the older Microfinance bank) and then got screened? Asking because I am still yet to be screened since 13th December after uploading all the necessary documents. That was way back, 2011. It was quite disorganized then. Short notices for tests, exams results were delayed for quite a long time.

It was not distance learning, it was full time and maybe because our fee was less than the distance learning guys sha but it was not a pleasant experience.

Ijesha and some areas in Surulere is 1.5m and not too far from Ikeja based on your budget.
If you insist on "good proximity" you need to increase the budget. A friend of mine got a miniflat for 2.3m in Yaba.

The the venue was Unilag, then later Yaya Abatan in Ogba.

It was an OK experience. Better than my M. SC experience at UNILAG
