I basically have the same issue. I've got my testimonial, however the FSLC wasn't issued at the time (2006) . Went to the ministry and was told they stopped issuance for a couple of years.

I'm kinda demoralized after reading the comments as regards SSC. I 4 kukuma go for DSSC. Chai.
