Hey guys I've been away for a while,just thought to check what's up on the thread,and boom employment offer letter...well as you all know it's totally fake,not that it's important to pay attention to the fake letter,let's just observe that all other letters had an introduction like "following your application,and success bla bla"before a reference to your applications like EH,GT numbers and all..this dude forgot to input those, although he tried with the cloning,but like I stated earlier NNPC won't send offer of employment with mails,it's a hard copy via courier hand signed.. quote me anywhere.you can only get notified of success by SMS or mails but the hard copy of APL is transmitted to you personally.....blessed day everyone...

Take this with every inch of unseriousness, and every bit of it as an ordinary speculation like every other one we've heard in the past, theres been a dude (presently running his masters in the u.k) i update on whatsapp from time to time as touching the recruitment based on the info i get here on nairaland (dude came home for the interview, like some people are not nice o, imagine them coming to naija to come compete for jobs wey never reach ) he claims to know top management guys who he claims has been silent for a while, tonight he said , court case will be resolved this week (I'm sure u can imagine what my response was #lol), apl sent by month end, training starts january...however since this isn't a verified source, its cool to read it like every other ones we've read here and pass. Ola.

Nnpc has a recruitment process which was the recruitment exercise that was conducted. Contract staff has always been there but some with strong connection usually get absorbed into full staff. It is what it is.

Considering that the term “closing out the process” does not only refer to the sending out of employment letters and/or email notifications but the completion of medicals and a 3-week orientation programme bringing the recruitment process to an end.
It is safe to say all this would happen SOON

Now how soon could “SOON” be?

Making such an announcement on the 5th of November makes one question the possibility of the proposed close out being next year, as he could simply have pointed this out by saying in the next quarter, or simply next year.

However, let’s say he chose to be coy in his announcement, and made an announcement of it being soon and it is indeed next year, the question would be, why make the announcement now and publicize it ?

Just to be clear, I’m happy he did.

This could be a preamble to yet another super Wednesday, resuming a month from now, say 9th December may just give enough time for the orientation this year.

Small Info: The GMD has indeed confirmed that the recruitment process will be concluded. He stated this in the townhall meeting currently ongoing with staff according to my source. Only issue now is when.

Nnpc is trying it's best to give a well transparent excercise.... The delay is as a result of it's unwillingness to bend to political interest, nxt week court decision will stamp it for good!

I was a regular visitor to the naijahotjobs NNPC thread then. After my interview session this time around and was asked by the head of the panel if I had any question or comment. I made him realised it was my second interview attempt at the corporation!!! It changed the narrative afterwards......
