The last time I asked, some weeks back, my contact said they were equally surprised to read in the papers that someone went to court to stop the recruitment. Whether it was going to affect the continuation, I didn't bother to probe further.

On a personal level, like I said before I disengaged from this thread, some recent developments in my career meant I will NEVER take the offer (except I lose my job before the release date), so there was really no point spending much time on discussions around it, especially as I have my hands full in recent times.

Plus, quite disappointed with the turn of events after the initial momentum in the whole process. But I still have the feelings that the recruitment will be completed.
