PoliticsRe: Senate President, Saraki, Reads Ministerial List: LIVE ON TVC by Eureka123(f): 11:52am On Oct 06, 2015
dekdek:

That is his core job function. Remember he is the minority leader. His function is to wail, complain and have his say ( emphasis on just his say) in the senate but he will never have his way.
Kudos to him for sticking to his job description.
Would you please be quiet? Even the mighty America has the Democrats and Republicans constantly criticizing each other constructively. That is the major spice of government. A government without opposition is like a joke. Don't speak opinions like you just got out of your mother's womb. Enough of the air-headed comments already. And get down from whatever high horse you're on, over the issue of minority vs majority. Our senators should learn to speak out more often, that's the way to run a level-headed government.

It wasn't in the hand of the mob to take vengeance. Jungle justice brings out the barbarism in humans.

Am not against being tested or nah...provided it's not gonna be charged.
You will be tested when you have to get your residency permit. Of course, you have to pay for the entire process involved. Like I said, take necessary precautions first before you travel. Don't assume all is well with your body. I looked perfectly healthy weeks before I traveled, but two weeks to go, after a palm wine I took, it seemed to have brought forward all the hidden symptoms of ailments in my system.

I had malaria, typhoid, ulcer, hypertitis from nowhere! Had to embark on the best of treatments before the two weeks elapsed. I took some malaria drugs and some others with me too on my journey. I waited a while before I joined in the processing, to make sure my system was back to normal and no stories would be heard, when results from my tests came back.

That's all I can say. Ball's in your court.

was reading an old thread on students going to TRNC...regarding tests for TB, HEPATITIS B, C etc. are they still on that policy, so i can do the remaining tests here. i already have TB clearance from IOM earlier this year.

anyone with idea?

https://www.nairaland.com/459138/turkish-transit-visa-n-requirements
Yup... Make sure you get thoroughly tested, or take necessary health precautionary measures before traveling.

It's really a long story. Until it's told, you wouldn't understand.

If you went to their office and requested for the returned ticket to be cancelled and request for refund they will refund to the account number you provided in Nigeria.
This is from my experience and others that have told and did it as instructed.
If I may ask,did you go to their office in lefkosia requesting for refund?,did you book the flight yourself or via agent?
It's a long story. grin grin

penroll55:
You can request for refund from the airline company when you get to Cyprus.
If you book the ticket yourself from the airline directly, the money will be return to you but if you booked it via an agent then the money will be returned to the agent.so you better let the agent know of your plans because at Times agents will tell u stories not to give you the money back or maybe claimed the airline did not return the amount they told you.

Note this information is for Turkish airlines only,I don't know about other airlines or if they have office in Cyprus.
I never got my refund from Turkish Airlines.

PoliticsRe: Questions Begging For Answers Over Buhari’s Relocation Of Villa Chapel, Mosque by Eureka123(f): 9:25pm On Sep 16, 2015
ddippset:
For the mosque, the first question you should ask is; what is the distance between the mosque and the bedroom? Ask that before you ask why it hasnt been moved by 6 administrations. Btw, your 6 questions are unnecessary. Bullet proof o, sound proof o, no mosque or church should be close to any bedroom. They should both be far away! Aso villa doesn't belong to anyone or any religion.
Soon and very soon. smiley

Quick question, for those who has gone for their visa interview. After the interview, will they ask you to come in back in 7 days time to pick up visa or what? Or lemme simplify my question, will the embassy give u feedback it u got the visa application approved or nah?

My interview is tomorrow
On the day of collection, what you see as soon as you open your passport, is what you get. Nobody tells you anything.
