If you are in Education, there was a message I posted few days on that. First, go to your study Centre and make the complain to check if proper submission. Ask to see the PAS printout that is supposed to be the formal evidence for your submission by your study Centre. That will be the first thing to do.

Your powerbank will serve other purposes.
