“I hope he didn’t say anything silly?” Dad asked. He wasn’t in support of letting Eric seeing Tristan.

“She has just said it all Kara. You have to be strong for Tristan so he’ll grow to adore and admire you.”
“You’re the best parents in the whole world.” I broke down after promising myself a thousand times I wouldn’t.
“Little Tristan wouldn’t want to see his momma cry okay?” Dad patted my back softly and I wiped my tears.
