The op here didn't make any claims, and if u feel it isn't a pure breed? atleast d price his selling it is worth d dog nd even less Dan its worth, so there is no need to call d op dt his misleading people. if it is about population, how about d rule " a dog per person" or "all dogs must be on leash" not every owner of local dogs ve leash, totally discriminating our indigenous breed is not right, am not sure any of regulatory bodies u doing in conjunction with has a specific standard against certain breeds, nd infact dere are no regulatory bodies here discriminating local dogs

its not anoda breed of German shepherd, She is a fawn coloured German shepherd, might not be a 100% BT a gud score for d straight bk gsds in Nigeria.
although if d white socks u spoke of is very pronounced den she must be mixed wit local, if not she is a fawn coloured gsd, I once owned one myself

ans: 5k at most and cos it seems mixed 10k at most if e cheat u

I av a few questions I would like to ask:
1)A dog like colonel who has 3 legs due to d bite, could he still be bred?

2) Have u had experience with deformed dogs? and is dere usually hope for them?
3) How common have u seen a case of dogs with crooked legs?
4) Is it possible for two healthy dogs to produce a pup wit one of the legs bad?
5) Could DT pup wit the bad leg be bred and produce pups with no bad legs?

But first of all, these are not assumptions, they are as a result of what early breeders have experienced, and I can assure u that continuous inbreeding will always give u 80% poor litter. I will try and give u some information on results of inbreeding later in the day

well, u said it, continuous inbreeding, plus always shouldn't be d term to use. it could bring. have u noticed that two whit gsds may mate and produce black and tan? if u as a breeder wanna breed out d black and tan, inbreeding could be used to produce a pup DT atleast four generations have bin all white and den same inbreeding would be done wit anoda line of gsd to get white and eventually breed d offsprings of both lines, and u would get all white gsd plus won't be inbreeding again. inbreeding can be allowed when it is planned

@Eveezy, are u really serious that you no quality disqualification in this GSD @OKclothier posted? He must have trusted Prodeegee before parting with his money without seeing the dog and whether he stood as proxy is immaterial whatsoever.

I dont expect him to come and jump into a sale thread for the purpose of spoiling market but it appears to me that he has tried privately to resolve the issue without success.

There are several reasons why I asked her to post another pics of this dog, the age will also be needed. plus I said from d pics she posted, it looks like a gsd (take note of d "look like" I see a gud gsd that is still growing, am not trying to back him up or not, am just stating d obvious. Or what is ur qualification for a pure breed straight gsd? and can u tell me y from d pics she posted, it isn't a gsd and mixed wit local? Am not taking sides either, let's just see more. inbreeding, linebreeding, incestous breeding is not advised in dog breeding. ur pups will come out bad and they might even die. I've heard of one that resulted in one of the puppies having an open skull.

But bro u know that all these are assumptions, its not a certain situation for d pups to ve pronounced faults, every line has its own fault, even if u breed to unrelated dogs wit great fault, d fault might bcom pronounced in d pups, if Both parents are healthy, only d receive gene might come out eventually, continuous inbreeding is wat causes the fault. Inbreeding is not encouraged as it isbd beginning of disaster, BT u can do in breeding if u wanna breed a particular trait out

Na so I been reason before before I calculated all. Being sincere enough, coughing out 78k aint easy, hence, I save up by feeding mostly cooked meals most of the times as it is cheaper. Hence, I rotate them on
1. Rice
2. Garri
3. Mixed ground dog food.

Still in doubt, you send me kibbles and monitor the results yourself.
