How is Hausa an official language spoken in the 19 Northern States?

Plateau, Nasarawa, Kogi, Benue, Taraba, Abuja and others in North Central don't have Hausa as their official languages, Sir.

Take a trip down north and see for yourself. Farmers now are digging and clearing drainage to serve as manure for their farms because of their inability to buy fertilizer. And I am not just talking about some small clearing and digging, it is done on a large scale. I have never seen this before in all my life in the north.

Questions are solved and photocopied then shared to each and every student. Sometimes they (teachers) ask student to deliberatly fail some questions so it doesn't look like "they know it all."

I have stayed in gusau,zamfara state for two years and I can say that 95% of all those lg staffs are illiterate and they hardly go to work..
It is only in Zamfara state that workers resume 10 and close 10:30..Most of them are farmers..
