The Unitary Decree 34 of 1966 and the The Land Use Act of 1978 are the bane of our problems in Nigeria today. This article placed more emphasis on land with no mention of the Oil rich Niger Delta. The Land Use Act transfered ownership of land from the natives to the (military)Governments |
Crime wont pay you bro. Hang on tight, your breakthrough might just be around the corner |

duni04: Its very simple, boko haram's defence budget is definitely more than the $14billion Nigeria has spent on defence in the last 3yrs. How else can you explain our defeat?Yeah It seems Boko Haram has a fatter account than the Nigerian federation |
sojjy: Frankly speaking,if Osoba leave APC for any political party,he will surely be committing a political suicide.Only the enemy of progress will be looking for the down fall of the Governor considering his achievement within the pace of 3years. The best that could happen to Ogun state is seeing Amosun winning again come 2015.You can say that again |

0merta: You can say that again, Bro!OGBO O ATO O So you are a devotee of Ogun Lakaye Oshimale? So also is Professor Wole Soyinka. My favourite Yoruba pantheon is the Oro and i also have christian and moslems as relatives. We Yorubas are indeed tolerant, civil, cosmopolitan and sophisticated |
lakhadimar: There are more churches in Yorubaland than they are anywhere else in Nigeria.Nice one The Osun Osogbo festival ought to commence today but it has been postponed till next week monday partly because of the just concluded election. Will you be there? |
BuddahMonk: ....Because Students and academic stakeholders objected to the uniform and unification policy of the states ministry of education automatically means they are intolerant, right? |
olapluto: We are few months from losing Maiduguri if our leaders do not get serious.WORD |
kayjasper: E no go better for you and your family for this post. ![]() funny but too harsh |
This is a stale news. Gwoza and Damboa are in the complete control of Boko Haram. They are their government over there |
ilugunboy: Would love to be at the grand finale...it's always exhilarating ....I'l be going to Osogbo tomorrow. The Iwopopo is on monday |
Evergreeen123: In another news, the Osun-Osogbo festival will commence next week monday. Yours sincerely will be in Osogbo tomorrow.Late Adunni Olorisha, Suzanne Wenger Oree yeye Osun oo. Oree yeye Iya oo

In another news, the Osun-Osogbo festival will commence next week monday. Yours sincerely will be in Osogbo tomorrow. Monday 11 Aug - Iwopopo (traditional cleansing of the city) Iwopopo's cultural convoy storms the town Thursday 14 Aug - Olojumeridinlogun (lightening of over 500 years old 16 points lamp) Friday 22 Aug - Osun Osogbo grand finale |
NgeneUkwenu: But why do you guys believe so much in charms? An average teenager in Osun is a walking barrel of charm |
felifeli: Fake babalawo. You are insane. It is very obvious that you do not know Araba Ifayemi Elebuibon. Araba Ifayemi should be apolitical. I am of the opinion that religous leaders: Christian, Moslem and Traditionalist ought to extricate themselves from politics but when your worthless president was using the picture of himself kneeling before Pastor Adeboye for campaign did you call Adeboye a fake pastor then? |
Ayekotoo: By the way, when will anambra state government reduce her glorified high school tuition to N10,000?They'l have no answer to this but they'l fault Fashola who graciously yielded to the demands of LASU students |
Goodluck jonathan is the worst commander-in-chief in the whole world. As we write now, the whole of Damboa and Gwoza in Borno state are in the complete control of Boko Haram. All the military formations therein have been completely dislodged with Boko Haram hoisting their black flags all over these two towns. If half of the soldiers that were deployed to Ekiti for the elections and those presently in Osun are in the North East, i am sure Boko Haram would have been defeated. Our president is much more concerned with his 2015 ambition rather than protecting the territorial intergrity of the country |
Alishachris: you mean now you can now lie and manifacture figures like okonjo is doing? Economy is growing yet things keep getting harder for the poor! hlthe cost of living keep increasing! And if I hear that dollar has been relatively stable, I will paint your face with patrick sawyers ash!Dont mind that a55licker our economy is improving, our foreign reserve is rising yet goodluck jonathan still wants to borrow $ 1billion loan. Who dey deceive who? |
Trut: ...You are brain dead. Our foreign reserve and excess crude account has risen - Good news So why the fvck do we have to borrow a $1 billion loan that will certainly come with harsh payback conditionalities |
Our foreign reserve and excess crude account has risen yet president jonathan wants to borrow a $ 1billion loan. |
Oga siriusblack, what is the latest about Damboa? What about Gwoza? We must not loose those territories to them Boko infidels. Stay safe |
