Tecno phones support one frequency band, only high end have GPS navigation off data, I used N3, bought L3 because of ba3 but they almost thesame, my L3 can't play video of 640*320 resolution while my N3 attemt 720p video not to mention L3 screen that is very blur compare to N3 d4 i notice tecno is cheater,when they give better spec @ low price, they must cut abig coner that is why you can't get clear spec any where. guys how about OTA and custom roms that full xda developers? that is why I will not near them again.

Osyxcel: I've been on the Tecno L3 and Gionee P2 threads since inception, and from the reviews, I can say Tecno L3's battery is very much better than Gionee P2.

Also, I've used one of these Tecno 1000mAh batteries, and I can say it's the same or a lil bit better than Nokia's 1000mAh battery. And we all know Nokia has good batteries.

It's ok to dislike or favour a product over another, but when it comes to specs, let's be truthful about it.

To tell you the truth I used N3, now I am using L3 and the battery of 1400mah vs 2400mah; I didn't see much difference, my l3 drain fast until 1% den it hang on for sometimes while my n3 don't drain fast but switch of @ 2%. timing comparison, l3 last little longer but when I saw the spec first time I thought this is a winner. lets wait for daily use comparison!

Have you sort the issue of downloading problem and ram?

Please I want to know if a rooted android like this p2 is capable of receiving OTA update if released, that is after rooting can it be updated through OTA ? Thanks.

victorix: Process to root gionee P2
Simplest way
1. Download "Frameroot 1.6.apk"
(use google)
2. Install app
3. turn on USB Debugging
4.open app*frame root* 5. It select
"'install SuperSu"' from
dropdown
6. Hit that button/exploit
Thats done
Reboot.

I whatsapp one dealer Alijahre on +2348062455323, he told me that it will be available by 2moro and he can post it to you if you want, check page 15 or 16 to see his contact or you can go to Emaka Offor plaza where Oliver Samuel bought his own.

Are you sure it has only HSDPA 2100Mhz because I red in their spec that it has also 900Mhz and that is reason I want to buy. please can someone confirm from spec written on the box. please reply.

Download Bluetooth File Transfer from Play store. when you open it, will Bluetooth Icon, top and paired it with your BB, you will see your BB Memory as E and your phone Memory as C, if you tap any of it, it will open your files. Just copy by long pressing and then tap the other second Icon and past it any where You want. Thanks.

Not with some dead d5 that you guys call phone

NOTE I said screen noth other things. Have you seen any phone below 16,000 that has better screen more than D5?

@Ib151 Thanks for your clarification. why I said so is that even in tecno website, they said embedded, they never mentioned the name. I don't know why tecno act unprofessional. you can't get clear spec from them. I want to buy another makes because the frequency supported is only one band each especially 3g 2100Mhz only, I need 900/2100 also I need GPS navigation off data. Thanks.

it doesn't have the same GPU with M3. it has Mali 400, that is used in S3 according to spec.

please can someone compare the display of P2 with D5 physically not specs because D5 has the best display in all these phone in price range of 14,000 - 17,000. if possible compare it also with L3,p3,m3. please help me confirm if it has GPS in location settings because all this tecno don't have GPS except F7 & Q1. they are all using gmap inbuilt which can't work without data connection. Thanks in advance.
