What is the process and the cost?

I have an admission to study in Germany, funded my blocked account also however the embasdy in Nigeria haven't given out interview dates for over 6 months now, I would like to know if it is possible to go to France and then apply for an interview at the German embassy in France?

Check for schools in Lithuania, google is your friend or the names of schools people have mentioned. Tuition is dependent on course. (In Nigeria for eg, Medicine and Law Tuition is more expensive than other courses.)

I'm making the enquiry for my brother.

My brother booked an appointment for category B, since last year and he got a mail for the appointment date on Monday.

But when I read the mail, I noticed he used his old international passport no to book instead of the new international passport no as he has a renewed passport already.

Has anyone here made such mistake and what's your experience at the German embassy?
Will this error affect his visa application or will he be turned back from the embassy gate to get another date?

Your advice is needed as appointment date has turned to Gold.

The consular id can only be issued to citizens living abroad,and i want to believe that since you in the process of obtaining a resident permit in benin,you have been leaving and working there permanently,that is why you are told to get the card as part of the requirement for obtaining the permit,anything outside this,it is impossible to get the consular card.

If u are un Lagos,go to Alagbon and do it. The price is 3-5 k depending on bargaining power. Go with your passport photograph and international passport.
