Are you sure it's the original S4? What's the os it's running?

After it restart it gives an error report that the phone has just recovered from abnormal system reset. it will ask if I would like to tell HTC. Initially it happens once or twice a day but now it occurs more. Many times now it switches off while receiving calls or when I have just finished receiving calls. Spectranet is wireless nah! Mad speed sef... I have done a lot BBM setup with Spectranet connected to my PC and blasted HotSpot. It works like kilonshele? I think he should restart the whole process again.
