What you don't really understand in free education is that money is not being generated from the students and the teachers would be paid at the end of the month, meals, books and uniforms would be provided by the ministry. 2 weeks running after the death of Obadiah Melafia, PMB, did not mourn him, neither did he commented. Just yesterday Dr Akunyili died, in less than 24hrs PMB gave a statement mourning him. Now we can see that there's a connection inbetween them.
