As a people, we must learn to be critical of ourselves before criticizing others.
I think it's time for us to ask our leaders questions than to be pointing fingers at innocent folks. Imagine if this administration had done what all Nigerians hoped for, will you be here blaming or praising Yorubas?

Shockingly, I was a fan of this administration in 2014-15 but was not in support of in 2019. Simply because I am convinced it is bereaved of ideas and values capable of driving a 21st century economy or any habitable country.

Importantly, I am not a fan of tribe but as a patriotic Nigerian, our current situation demands that the next president have to be a southerner (most likely from the east of South) however, the Igbos must earn presidency of this country by negotiation, consultation and persuasion with other southern folks. A South East presidency can never arrive by threats, violence, name calling, retaliation, disloyalty, envy, political prostitution etc.

Reno is right. Wike actually got most of his votes from the North. His southerner fellows are the ones that messed him up, especially that Udom. I have reasons to believe that if Udom had countered the Tambuwal capitulation to Atiku by also stepping down for his SS brethren Wike, that could have changed the momentum in Wike's favour.

Udom knew quite well that he stood no chance of winning, yet he went ahead and split Wike's votes, while Tambuwal stepped down for his Fulani brother in the North East region. That was the game-changer that probably swayed some votes in Atiku's favour.

Peter Obi resigning from the PDP shows everything that is wrong with our politics. I would have been surprised if he got up to 10 votes in the primary cos I'm sure he's not ready to spend a dime in buying delegates. I don't blame our politicians for being corrupt, all Nigerians are corrupt. If you know how much these politicians have to spend to bribe delegates, voters, and pay agents just to win election then you will understand while they steal so much that even the devil will be shocked. We pretend that the politicians are the problem, they are not. We are the problem. We prefer those that can throw money around and expect them not to recover their investment when they get into power. What's the difference between America, Canada and Nigeria, it's Leadership. Same experience I had in Warri. Spent two days last year. It was a common sight seeing Gee boys galivanting everywhere in the hotel. Many of them, I suspect, are even living in the hotel. You need to see the assortment of babes these boys are importing to the hotel at night. my first day in the hotel, decided to take a walk to get some stuff outside the hotel, you need to see the flashy cars that were parked in front of the hotel in the morning. in my day 2 in the hotel, decided to explore the facilities in the hotel in the evening. So took a stroll to the pool side. What I saw made me to go back to my hotel room to chill.

In conclusion, the hotel was cool just that their TV remote had issues. So I could not explore other channels. Had to make call to the reception to come change the remote. But the remote they brought still had same issue of not working. But one issue I noticed about the hotel is that it is a haven of Gee boys.
