You can pay any one you want first but remember sevis fee must be paid before going for visa interview because the receipt is needed during visa interview. You can feel free to contact me for Sevis fee payment.

Also I advise you don’t pay your visa fee via mobile app if you don’t have Internet banking on your GTBank because of the visa fee receipt that you will need to print.

If you pay via GTBank app you won’t see the receipt unless you go and login via your internet banking and download the receipt.

Your interview will be 3 minutes or less. You seem to be preparing for a 30-minute conversation. Make it brief.

No, you didn't choose Troy because of those characteristics, you chose them because they were the only school to offer you admission.

Stating that you were denied admission to the other schools because they were competitive suggests Troy isn't a competitive school. I wouldn't say that at all. Why not just say "you are not sure even though you met all the requirements".

...lastly, please consider going with your child who is barely 3 years old and needs his/her mother. Any VO who denies you on the basis of a child should not be a VO.
