Victor Giadom then deputy national secretary of APC was Tonye Cole running mate in Rivers 2019 election that APC did not field candidates.

Tonye Cole and Victor Giadom been Amaechi candidates, Tinubu and Oshiomhole frustrated Rivers APC in making sure Rivers never had a candidate by using Magnus Abe through several court cases just because Tinubu and Oshiomhole felt Amaechi having grip of Rivers APC would make him a strong contender come 2023 presidency.

Tinubu was frequently visiting Rivers State to hold meetings with Abe and Wike in government house Port Harcourt, it's public knowledge by Rivers APC and Magnus Abe's supporters that abandoned him and followed Amaechi they revealed all the secrets and meetings Tinubu had with them.

Tinubu and Oshiomhole gang up against Amaechi started from removing Amaechi as South-South APC leader and giving it to Omo-Agege. Then Obaseki found an ally in Amaechi to fight Obaseki since Amaechi enjoys support from APC governors forum like Fayemi, Akeredolu, El Rufai, Atiku Bagudu, Baduru, Lalong, Mai Buni, Yahaya Bello.

Amaechi and Obaseki brought Stephen Eshawo, Oshiomhole's ward chairman to finish up the job on Oshiomhole.

The rest is history as they say.

Executive orders by a governor can stop large gathering of people, if such gathering can lead to a spike in death cases.

Remember the primary role of a governor is to protect lives and properties of it's citizenry.

So in this case, large gathering of people might lead to spike of covid 19 which invariably will cause loss of lives...and as such, he as the governor is performing his primary job, which is protection of lives, by preventing such scenario.

This is actually the submission of a senior lawyer though..

Finally! I lived in this area as a child. My Dad was a "Child Psychologist" and my Mom was a Nurse at the hospital general hospital there. Most of our family friends there were Doctors, Nurses, Engineers, Teachers and Accountants. The place was a relatively middle class small town. I remember that this Agbalenyi/Enugu-Onitsha Link Road was so smooth back then and we used used to refer to it as the "Road to Express". However, all that has changed.

Today, the town is now a ghost of itself. Last Christmas when I travelled to the East, I decided to go through that road. It was an eyesore! It represents the state of almost all the federal roads in the South-East. The Enugu/Onitsha Express itself is even in a worse shape. We should commend the state government for fixing it.
