confused lots.....pendulum swing |
any journalist that venture into such zone does it at his/her risk. imagine christiana amanpour with a gun, dey will engage her sharply and even take her for a suicide bomber. |
nigerian James Holmes....i suspect the honorable is a red cap chief. |
in the spirit of fairness, the southeast deserve an additional state to balance the equation. if this imbalance is in the north, i tell you all hell would let loose until their demands are met. |
Do nigerian IT and automakers manufacture the hardware components when they claim to produce computers and automobile like the one claimed by inye? |
breeze blow...fowl ynash open! |
To what end i ask? killing 15yr old twin and burning a school will not make western education to stop in nigeria. this is a matter of choice and no law compels anybody to acquire western education. so aboki use your heads and stop this blood letting before you find yourselfs all by yourselfs with no oil money to sustain your arewa nation. |
the name sheik Abubarka Gumi represent everything that connote any form of ism between christains and muslim in kaduna state during the nineties when the sheik was still alive. he preaches hate, bigotry, fanatism in the media especially Ditv. For anybody to identify with GUMI as a great personality calls for serious concern as these group cannot be christains from kaduna preiod. |
@torkaka this arguement serves your ego of dominance just because the idoma's are reserved in any sense of the word. to make the assertionn that idomas lack political awareness is disputable, because we all know that politics is a game of numbers. the idomas have cultural and traditional affinity with the igalas and it is evident in our languages. i personally can understand igala intuitively, but trust me i dont understand a word in tiv. have you ever come to ask yourself why most people mistook idomas for igalas and vise versa. to make any idoma look dumb is to deny the immeasurable achievements of the idoma kingdom to benue state as a whole. |
the last time i checked, ICJ's rulings does not have any legal effect on dissenting countries. take the japan- korea dispute over dodko, sudan and south sudan over abyie region and the ethopia-erithia dispute. the list of defaulter is endless. so why will nigeria timidly cower to the ICJ's ruling without putting up a good fight at the detriment of its people |
we (christains and muslim) have at one point or the other condemn the activities of the dreaded boko haram especially in times of intense cowardice that often result to lost of defenceless citizens. when the imperative issue of confronting this group as terrorist is raised, that is when the divide becomes obvious. the northern muslim continue to claim to have suffered the most from these monsters and at many times deny that the activities of the group is un-islamic but yet spring to their defence when utter dispatch is evoked to quell them. the irony of these is the resolve to accusation that one John Odia (a christain) is also a member of boko haram, is cheap and demeaning of those that use this strategy. a john odia or shekaru boko haram should be taken headon where ever they are. shikena |
the farouks led ad hoc committee findings is tainted with so much controversy and thus can not acheive any meaningful investigation. |
ramadan karim |
am sure this administration will go down history as the most corrupt. does that means if i loot govt as a governor and decide to patch few pot holes here and there in fct, a road will be christened after me? may God help us. amen. |
mtn will soon realise their days are numbered going by the amount of fraudulent promos and extortions we have suffered from these capitalist. i cant wait for the mobile sim portability to take my own pound of flesh on them. |
denko: Nice one though, in as much as i agree with you i still have some reserve about this federalism. what would the southern kaduna do in a situation were the north adopt sharia.i strongly understand your concern my friend. i think the region or geopolitical zone called middle belt has to be defined by some form of referandum so that those minorities within fringes of the core north can choose which federating unit to belong. |
african version of isreali-palestinian war! |
i think the best way to stir the waters in ACF is to throw a northern candidate that is a christain to test the resolve of the core northern hegemony. well a candidate that befits the desription is already the number 3 man in nigeria. i think his candidacy will shake the core north because the south can easily accept him |
fulanis are getting bravier every passing day. to think that they can confront anyone beyond the middle belt is a cause for concern. last time was the southwest now the southeast. well that was a swift dispatch to curtail their advancement. |
d mallam has lost relevance on national scene, so condescending to religious incitation becomes an easy choice. |
He should be penalize like any other offender. though i know he is going scot-free cos he is on uniform. |
other than the above mentioned reason, NPL is no where close to a top league even in africa. with those cassava field and grainy pictures.....eye sore to say the least. |
